I came in with a return not realizing I needed to return to whole foods market which it defaulted to (who goes to whole foods markets to return address??) and Lisa explained what I needed to do... saved me a whole trip across town! Thank you! Will always be using this store.

This store’s employees are always so friendly and so efficient! I consistently have a good experience, and I’m in there several times a week! They keep the line moving and handle each transaction with care.

Monday morning, store is supposed to open at 8am, there's 2 of us standing outside the gate at 8:04 am, we can see a young guy inside, he can see us through the door, but door is still locked. Door unlocks way past 8am, then I get told that the only computer that can print the print job I emailed last night is starting up, he's having staff issues, which is the explanation for late opening. 5 people come in rapid succession and get their packages/returns dropped off for shipping. I'm still waiting for the computer to start at 8:20. There's even a gentleman who comes in to get something laminated, that gets done and he leaves while I'm still waiting.Then all the people coming in are met with the locked gate, one of the person standing in lune has to open the door for all the incoming people. When the last gentleman comes in, he offers to tape the door lock so it stays open. The store guy first says the lock is broken, he can't keep it open, then takes a allen key and does something so it gets fixed, I hope, no one came in anymore after the first initial rush.Utterly incompetent staff, what kind of computer takes 20min to start in today's age? Then the door, then the attitude on the guy was like he could care less about the customers. I walked out of there, without success and having wasted precious Monday morning time, deeply disappointed.

They did not weigh my drop-off so my receipt states 0.0 lbs. I was then charged over weight charge by ebay. The package was 3lbs but the charged me 13lbs. Ebay states UPS ended up charging by box dimensions vs actually weight. All because the store did not weight at drop-off.

I walked in to print one sheet of paper and they informed me that the service fee is three dollars, and that their Wi-Fi isn’t set up so to walk to Starbucks (my phone service wasn’t working well). I walked right outside the Starbucks store, but couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to connect, so I ended up just leaving because it was going to be too much of a hassle and too much money to print one sheet of paper.

The worst customer service and the worst attitude everyone act like they working for fee .. really miserable ambience.Refusing to receive a package, which already had ups labeled! They are acting like they don’t care about ups and can refuse and work on their own term!!

Absolutely Horrible. People inside are really nice and treat their customers well but they:• Steal Packages• Go Outside of Promised Delivery Timeframe• Does not honor insurance policy• Always some issue when sending a packageThis specific location has stolen over $2500 worth of merchandise from me that i have shipped to clients and more than half of them they never honored their insurance policy on. If you aren’t just making an amazon return, DO NOT USE THIS STORE

I have to give a shout-out to the notary, Jordan, who was attentive and patient to an older friend of mine who used their service today.She was nervous and forgetful, and he was calm and patient. UPS, you are lucky to have this man in your employment!

They refused to accept 95lb shipment just because it’s for returnJes - said we can refuse -Called another UPS store - said no problem and not only accepted return but also helped with the Same.THEIR RECEPTIONIST JES - very rude - very lazy
