Would not recommend absolutely no help ship some documents over come, to find out that the documents were lost at one of their warehouse and was told to make a claim even though there website is down .

Dropped off two packages with a value of over $400 for USPS at this location and they promptly went missing with zero tracking information updated from the USPS side of things. This has never happened at any other UPS store where I have dropped packages off.

Terrible service. Charged $50 for a cardboard box for me to return 2 items after I walked 40 minutes to get there in 100 degree weather.

Management should be to blame, among other things. One person working the returns when there was another person behind the counter that only spoke up to say that the store was now closed. Everyone that was waiting in line was there prior to 7 pm, and therefore should have been serviced. The worker behind the counter was taking her sweet time and could have done more at a more reasonable pace. There are plenty of other UPS stores with far faster, more efficient, and better service.

I've visited this store quite a few times over the last few years and so far I have not had any trouble sending my packages or with the employees. The employees have been kind and helpful. I get no hassles when I send my packages off and I'm in and out in a few minutes. The store always appears to be clean and tidy.

Unrealistic pricing for out of state mail. They stated my package of max 3 pounds would to cost over $650 to Guam. Don’t waste your time here. Mail of America is cheaper and only about 5 minutes from here.
