I had joseph help me and he was very efficient and kind. There was a reasonable price of 35 bucks to fix my phone so I highly recommend going there if there's is an issue with your phone.

I've used services of this company to replace a cracked screen on a Pixel device. Work was very expensive. Sadly quality did not match the price: replacement was botched and the installer had apparently forgot to remove the protective sticker from the back of the new screen before installing it on. Front facing camera was thus blocked and not working.
What was worse than the shoddy initial work was their response to this issue. I had requested a complete screen removal and proper resealing but instead they peeled it back enough to reach in and remove the forgotten sticker and shoddily slapped it back together in 5 minutes despite the explicit request.
Summary: Eye-ewatering price, shoddy workmanship and a bodged rework.
I will sadly have to waste more time seeking remedies with the Better Business Bureau and will be reaching out to my credit card company to file a complaint and put a stop payment immediately.

My zfold phone would not charge so I took it to this shop and Ashley got me fixed in minutes! I highly recommend visiting this store if you have any phone issues!

- Great people, friendly (for the most part)
- sense of urgency 4/5 (parts had come in two days prior to my calling to check, hadn't notified me);
- then find out wrong parts ordered (computer lid hinges) , had to wait another week.
When parts arrived they prioritized my job and was done in 1-1/2 hours. Rating: 4.5 / 5
