“If you’re looking for a local, hassle-free, and service-oriented u-haul rental, look no further. The owner was extremely kind, and helpful. I happened to arrive right as he was heading out to deal with an emergency. Despite this, he was willing to stay and make sure I was all set to go. The after hours drop off was easy too. Just make sure you go to the website and follow the instructions being placing the keys in the drop box. I will definitely be coming back here for any of my rental needs.”

“I booked online and also added an appliance dolly. But when I picked up the truck, they said they don’t have any appliance dolly available. So they gave me another 8-mile away U-Haul address which that location has. Then I got one there. Another good thing about this location is, since I am the only one drove my car, and I also need to drive the U-haul truck away, they allowed me to park my car in their customers parking lot for long time even overnight. The 2nd day morning when I dropped off the truck, my car was still in the customers parking lot safely.”

“I think everyone can agree that moving sucks!Over the last few years, I placed most of my household goods in a couple of UHaul UBoxes. I did not want to do this, but I knew that my living environment was going to change a few times within the coming years. I had lots of items that I considered treasures because they were from my Grandparents. But I took a leap of faith and ordered 2 UBoxes.They were delivered exactly when they promised they would arrive, I had a moving company professionally pack and load the UBox. Again, they came out exactly when they told me they would be there and wisked the UBoxes away and stored them in a warehouse for a couple of years. Earlier this year, I asked the original warehouse to move them to the new East McKinney location.This last weekend, I moved into my new house and scheduled delivery of the UBoxes. I was scared to see what shape my family heirlooms would be in after years of storage. I was pleasantly surprised to see that everything was PERFECT!!For me the real heroes here were the ladies that use a mechanical "donkey" to move the UBox from the truck to your house. They were on time; they were kind every time I spoke with them. They managed to gently maneuver these huge boxes without breaking anything!I am very happy with my UBox experience and would happily use them again if needed.”

“I had a few problems with the equipment I rented from here but Carly and the front desk really helped me out and didn't charge extra fees for equipment pickup and even discounted the rent for all the problems we had. “I stopped by 1 morning to pick up a couple dish boxes and get some extra bubble wrap and the entire experience was pretty fluid. The woman who helped me was super kind and even saved me a headache when she noticed I only grabbed the dividers that go into the box and not the box that's supposed to go with it as well.Even better, she let me know that if I end up not using anything, I can return it for a refund (which I ended up doing) and overall, made the process very smooth.”
