Service is trash! The employees are disrespectful, and the company needs to be concern of this type of employees. For me was the first and last time there. I got lots of Rc Vehicles (around 43) and never had issues with stores. I go all over hobbytown and other local stores and i loved. Good people good staff and great service. Traxxas store i was emotional to go and enjoy the store, but my experience was oposite. I do not recommend that store! Got traxxas problem go elsewhere! Interested in traxxas? Go to the place you and the product will be respect.

A must visit place for the RC aficionado. I was visiting Texas and Traxxas was one of the places I really wanted to see. Everything and anything made by TRAXXAS. Such a treat! Highly recommend it.

It's a small store but it's packed full of all the RC goodies you could ever want. I brought my son there to pick out what he wanted for his birthday and they had what he wanted in stock. They didn't try to yourself you anything either like a lot of other hobby shops. I asked for an additional battery and they have me one similar to what comes with it, I asked for the more expensive, higher capacity battery. They even have a few models you can try out in the store.

1st time to be there and overwhelmed with the selection of parts!!!!!!, I took 2 brushless motors to exchange them for 2 new motors and Greg hooked me up and showed me new products they had on display, looking forward to going back!!!!!

Don’t buy the trx4m. My son bought one and out of the box I was broke. Support rep rob is extremely rude telling me not to blame others for my mistake. This model came to us broken and they refuse to replace the unit. We should not have to send in a brand new unit for repair. Absolute worst customer service I have worked with.

I just finally bought my first Traxxas RC. Price tags held me back but never again. I had one of the best customer service experiences ever over the phone with Hunter. Also, the quality of their products is unmatched. For the price you pay you're getting more than just a high quality product, you're also getting a lifetime of friendly and responsive customer service. Traxxas is by far the best value for your hard earned money!
