One star is being generous, That’s because they answered a phone call. Took my vehicle here for an estimate to be repaired, turns out they took the entire vehicle apart causing it to be totaled out after repairs to put it back together became expensive very fast by there absurd labor fees. Received no pictures of my vehicle from the shop and surprisingly got them from insurance first….
As a business owner and a first responder, the service here is embarrassing, first world money pit. Hope this helps to convince you to take your vehicle somewhere else first.

Really great quality of work! My car looks brand new, cannot even tell there was ever an accident. When I got my car back, after washing it, I noticed there was 1 really small detail that was missed during painting that was easy to overlook. I brought the car back to ask about it and without hesitation, the service advisor I worked with, Andrew, said he would get it fixed in a couple days and apologized for the team missing that. They fixed it with no problem at all. The interior of my car was kept just as clean as it was when I dropped it off as well. Andrew was great, very nice guy and professional. Emily was also very nice and professional as well, both on the phone and in person.

I took my 24 Toyota Tundra in due to roof damage. I had lots of shops to choose from and selected Bob Tomas Collision because of location. I got my truck back today and it’s immaculate. Still looks and drives like new. There was a delay due to parts availability from Toyota, but that’s the world we live in today. I highly recommend this collision center - ask for Bren Schuehler, he is awesome.

I walked in to get my car assessed and Bren set the side bumper and cleaned the skid mark on my car for no charge. He would not accept a tip. I have had work done in the past for previous car accident and they do excellent work. Thank you so much. Kind and competent.

Only constructive criticism is for better communication over the 5-week process.
With no structural or steel damage, we had hoped to have it fixed sooner; but it wasn’t.
If they had called and updated us on the regular, our expectations might have been better established.
