Been going there for 20 years , there was a new pharmacist there , she was very rude and raise her voice at me , I was so on chock, shouldn’t be allowed. Not sure I will be back .

Bakery Supervisor was extremely helpful and took my order over the phone. My sons favorite birthday cake. Four layer round vanilla cake with raspberry cream filling, white icing all over, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries on top half, with chocolate drizzle on side and chocolate writing. Absolutely the best cake ever! Thank you!!!

They are awesome and they are very resourceful and professional I am glad you got some help for the staff they really were doing it all drive up identify the customer, fill the prescription, and check he customer out! They still allow the assistant to answer the phone, pass the msg to the pharmacist, find out the requirement from the customer, locate the message, check the med,receive payment or he meds place in plastic bag pass to the cashier, check and save the signature etc, the pharmacist needed help, by helping them you help us ! You have great personal! Thank you

These people do not care. There is no customer service and no consideration. All I get is “it’s not us” and a back turned. Please stay away! It takes 3-4 phone calls from the doctor to get a prescription “received” but it’s not them. They don’t get it. It is everyone’s fault but theirs! Stay away!

Our pharmacist is always accommodating to our needs. He makes it a priority to explain anything that may cause discomfort or symptoms for medications. Always friendly, and I receive our meds within 2 hours of being called in. The staff is friendly and always so kind to my kiddos when we come in.

Transferring pharmacies can be frustrating but Muyheil made the transition awesome. He didn’t act like I was an inconvenience to him. Just very very polite and helpful. Thank you Muyheil.

visited this Tom Thumb pharmacy two months ago after being notified my prescriptions were ready. i was the only one in line and was still in line after 10 minutes waiting. I have never experienced such poor of a drive thru experience with a pharmacy, especially since they notified us it was ready. A few days ago, got another prescription and got home and noticed it was not filled to completion. I called the pharmacy and they said yes there was an error and it should have been 90 pills instead of 30. So today I go back to pick up the balance of the pills and waited at the window to be noticed. I honked the horn and hit the call button and finally someone came. I explained that I was there to pick up the amount that was missing. I also asked about another prescription as I thought there was more missing on it as well. The girl helping me told me there wasn't anything missing and all of a sudden the pharmacy mgr Reggie came to the window. He was enraged by my questions and I explained to him that I took many medications and was just trying to get an answer and he verbally attacked me. I have never had any complaint of any pharmacy. Maybe he was having a bad day but I am 72 years old living with cancer and a bad heart and I didn't need the stress he put upon me. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants good health.

Called to check the status at 9:30am, 6/17/2022. The lady was very rude. Wouldn’t listen. Spoke what she thought was necessary and hung up on me while I was talking.

With the exception of the Ethiopian pharmacist that is helpful, the other pharmacists and staff are truly inept and rude.
