I was once a resident back in 2012. I was considering moving back in 2020, but I noticed no major decor changes and / or upgrades have been made for the rent being requested. However, despite that, when I lived at Times Square, the management back then was top-notch. I can not say what it is now. The location at MMA FRISCO BRIDGES IS HORRIBLE. CARS VANDALIZED. No enforcement of their pet policies. It's not worth the money or aggravation. Watch out for excessive move out fees.

The maintenance team is one of the main reasons I've stayed for 4 years. Awesome and friendly service. And they are fast to respond, usually within 24 hrs. If I could tip them, I would.

Great community and great people works on this community, been here for over 13 years! Best place to live! And the maintenance people are amazing, quick, professional, and they get the job done quick! Bravo to MAA!

Amenties are nice, but could be so much better if everything actually worked. Trashcute is disgusting. I never step foot in there even though it’s 2 doors down from my apartment. It smells so bad & is never cleaned. Love my apartment unit though!

I really enjoy my time at MAA Times Square. The property is always well kept and I really enjoy the amenities. Office staff have always been super helpful and they put on great events. Samantha, Mandy, and Brianna always do their best to communicate and accommodate!

Samantha in the management office is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable about the property & really took the time to sit down with my husband and I and answer all of our questions. The property is very beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for as newlyweds!

Keep looking. This place is old and worn. The management, specifically Mandy, is dishonest and will tell you one thing and turn around and do another. She gave us specific instructions on how best to handle moving out early then went back on everything she said and screwed us over. We have everything in writing and she still is going back on her word and instructions. Very disappointing from an MAA property, but there are many other newer properties out there.

Incredible service from the entire staff: Mandy, Samantha, Brianna, Byron, Jose, etc... The absolute best luxury apartment in the DFW Metro Plex.

Unless you enjoy running fire drills at ALL hours of the night with no explanation or a blame game, OFTEN and paying a ridiculous amount to do so, DO NOT MOVE HERE. And drills is all they are. There is no fire. If you do move here and have a "Premium View" AKA the golf course, with a decent price, expect your renewal offer to be absolutely insane and your rent amount to increase at least $300. Don't plan on speaking to the office about it. They won't respond to you for until you have to reach back out to them about a week later - this will happen multiple times. You are not their priority. Don't expect them to work with you on the insane increase regardless if you have never been late on rent, haven't had any complaints or violations, and are overall a good tenet; They will tell you there is nothing they can do even when you see the same layout on their website leasing for way less. Best of luck to you if you do decide to come here. You'll never be more prepared to evacuate an actual burning building and paying their proud rates to do so! Enjoy. :)

I moved to MAA Times Square a few months ago, I love this community, the amenities are in excellent condition and the maintenance crew is efficient and reliable. The location is so beautiful and in a quiet area but convenient to major stores and restaurants.

This place is a joke, from fire alarms going off all the time, to when the pipes burst on Christmas and runied people's holidays they did not even apologize in the first email, saying just to call your insurance and have them deal with it. Also they come into your apartment with out any heads up and warning and tell you what you can and cant do. Also mandy is a awful managers do not move here.

I’ve had a great experience at Times Square. The apartment and building are very clean, safe, free of pests, and the staff are wonderful. Maintenance requests are responsed to in a timely manner and they always do a great job. We didn’t use the pool and the gym and the other common areas enough, but they’re very nice to have available and we enjoyed them a bit. We are moving out at the end of this month and having to break the lease for my job, but we will miss this place and would love to stay if we could.
