I cannot recommend our dog's groomer, Tabitha, highly enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The groomer took the time to understand Willows specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and stress-free first time experience. My baby did not only look FANTASTIC but also seemed genuinely happy and relaxed after the grooming session. The attention to detail and the evident care for animals she works with truly set this groomer apart. She knocked it out of the park. If you're looking for someone who will treat your pet with the utmost care and provide top-notch grooming services, look no further! I was quick to request my next appointment with Tabi.

STAY AWAY. Expect to wait over 4 hours and be verbal berated by the staff. The groomer (Tabitha) was extremely rude and should not be allowed around animals. The manager had even worse behavior. They had excuse after excuse for their lack of planning, tardiness, and poor animal treatment.
UPDATE: read owner response for more excuses for poor animal treatment and lack of time management. Also read Savannah’s and other reviews for endless examples of similar behavior. Do not send your pet here if you care about them (especially not Tabitha).

Great groom again!! They were running behind because of a sick employee but they worked my baby in. Took longer but that is so much better than having to reschedule.

Edit: as if this place isn’t shady enough. They are now buying reviews or having friends fake them. One on here is the actual groomer that works there. 10 reviews in get an hour? On a day they are closed? HA. What a scam.
*PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE*
This place boasts “We do not ask you to drop your pet off first thing in the morning where he/she will wait in a cage until a groomer gets around to them. It’s entirely too stressful for the dogs. When you call, we will make an appointment just like a hair salon.”
ABSOLUTE LIES.
I dropped my dog off at 11:30 in the morning. I’ve been here before and typically it takes about an hour and a half. Which is fine. However, today, my dog took almost 4 hours. Why you might ask? Because my groomer had to help another groomer with an aggressive dog. Was I ever notified that my dog was going to take longer? Nope. And when I called to ask what was going on the lady on the phone said it’s my responsibility to know how long a grooming can take and when I explained to her that their website states that “no dog would be left be waiting in a kennel for hours” she said it’s just like that sometimes. She told me that if it was so important to me, I should pay for the express service next time. Absolutely ridiculous. When I finally was able to pick up my dog, I tried to speak to the manager, and that went nowhere.. I’ve never been to a place where a manager and the staff lack basic customer service. If you do decide to come here just be aware, this may be an issue you run into. Unfortunately, for me, I will never be back here.

Tabi is fantastic! We’ve been using her for over two years now. My dog always looks amazing after each visit. Upon talking with Tabi, it’s apparent that she loves her job. Which is really I important to me. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a groomer who truly loves what they do and is great at it as well!

I was recently recommend to Tabitha from a friend of mine (Brittney) who takes her dogs to The Mutt Puddle monthly. Last week, I decided to give it a try and wow, I had the best experience! My dog, Copper, usually gets anxious during grooming sessions, but Tabi had such a calming presence that put both of us at ease.
Copper came out looking absolutely fabulous, perfectly trimmed and nails neatly filed down. She did exactly what was asked of her. The products she used used were top-notch, leaving Coppers coat shiny and soft. We did the deep conditioning because during the check in process, she noticed coppers coat feeling dry and in need of some extra care. A week later, he still feels & smells amazing. What really stood out was the genuine love and care Tabitha showed towards Copper treating them as if they were their own pet.
I would highly recommend Tabitha to anyone looking for a groomer who not only excels in their craft but also truly cares about the well-being of your furry friend. We will definitely be returning for all our future grooming needs!

My dog, Pig, is a mini Aussie and her coat can get pretty unruly and I don't always have the time to take care of it. But that's where Tabi comes in. She does an amazing job and Pig always looks fantastic. Tabi is professional, quick, and efficient. I won't take Pig to anyone else.

Took my dog here the other day, he was in desperate need of a refresh all around. The groomer Tabitha was absolutely fantastic! She was super friendly and respectful, and she did a amazing job on my dog. Have zero complaints on her work!! Make sure you use Tabitha when you go!! She will be the only person I use from now on!

BEWARE!!! If there was a 0-Star rating that would be necessary. We picked up our Dog, we honestly thought she had had a stroke, walking into walls, didn’t know her name, wondered aimlessly throughout the home. Took her to vet spent $300 in tests and medicine. Eventually went back to this groomer, for answers. They indicated there was another family calling about having the wrong dog, owner responded with, we’ve contacted all owners no problem. WRONG. COMPLETE LIE. We were able to connect with that family with the help of undisclosed individuals. They gave us the wrong dog! We almost put that dog down, we were giving medication that our puppy required which was effecting this 12-year old dog to the point of death. Unacceptable, owners have yet to respond or take any responsibility.

Edit: I did not misunderstand anything. I NEVER ASKED nail filing nor brushing teeth. You just provided service without my permission and charged it. That is wrong!
It doesn’t matter whether the grooming was good or not. This grooming place runs very shady business. As the website mentioned, I was expecting only my dog gets groomed at the time like a hair salon. Nope. It took exact 4hours (12:30 appointment and picked up 4:30) and when I asked if my dog wasn’t cooperating the bather girl said “no , we were just busy.” Huh? I thought you only take one dog at a time so dogs doesn’t have to stay in the cage which is very stressful for them. And she asked if I wanted to his nails cut. (I thought to myself it’s grooming who doesn’t want it? ) I said yes and she replied “I just wanted to make sure” the reason why she asked was because they charged $20 for nail file and teeth brush which they NEVER mentioned when I dropped him off and they just provided the service and charge it. The $60 grooming already included nail trim service. So they charged me $86. It’s very shady. They are not honest about what they promised. For $20 you lost a customer.

A great place for Dog grooming. They are friendly and professional. My fur baby always looks clean, well groomed (by Tabitha) and cute!
Definitely my go-to place for all my dog grooming needs.
