Lady ran red light and took off the front of my GMC AT4. The Body Shop, McKenny handled the insurance, adjusters etc. They kept me up to speed on repairs and provided pictures along the way. They got it right. As far as I can tell paint look like the day I bought it. All the sensors worked. Happy with the end result for a truck that only had 2200 miles on it.

met the team over at TBS in McKinney Texas last week for a repair to my Sprinter van (Phou, Billy, Josh, & Ronnie and the front desk folks)- Wow! - what an amazing experience. Upon arriving to the Shop I had to circle the shop areas, they were so meticulously run it did not at all seem like your average body shop. the Staff met me and were so professional, so ready and eager to serve me, they got me to the right people, set me up with a quick appt, gave me a price they later honored, I felt so welcome and so well attended to. the day of the repair I was treated like their most important customer, made comfortable, given space to telework, and made to feel as if I was home in my own Study. The work performed was to perfection and there was no need to QC their work as it was accomplished with pride in workmanship with a focus on my full satisfaction. Had 2 new rear quarter panels painted here and color matched. Not a huge job, but they did awesome and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Paint job looks great and the color is matched perfectly to the rest of my truck (Quicksand Tacoma)

The wonderful people at The Body Shop in McKinney helped me restore my 2001 Mercedes SLK. The paint was pealing and there were blemishes. Billy took great care to make sure that my car was well painted and put back together correctly. I included some blacked out lenses, logos, and other parts and was not the easiest customer to deal with. I even had a couple of parts that were missing at the time of paint but he made sure they were later painted as well. If you’re looking to restore your “Old Man Car” too, or if you are just trying to make repairs from an accident, The Body Shop is the place to go.

Came in as I was having an issue with the undercarriage of my vehicle. I didn’t have an appointment, but they said they could get me set up for tomorrow (Totally Fine & Understandable). After this agreement was reached I then asked an estimator if they could come outside and take a look at the vehicle to get an opinion to see if it was something they saw often and could remedy. I was then told by the receptionist no and that they were too busy. Terrible customer service and I felt as it they didn’t want to earn my business.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful on both the phone and in person. They worked with me on scheduling and parts availability to ensure that I would be without my vehicle for the least amount of time possible. The work looked great and the paint match was spot on. Hopefully I never need their services again but I know who I'll turn to if I do.

This place is awesome only because the service advisor Joel Hill is there. He has worked amazing on my vehicle. The work was done within 2 weeks, looks like brand new as it was before. Exceptional good communication through email in timely manner, kept me updated, fun to chat with him, he is a people person with a excellent work ethics. Every time i contact this guy, never felt i was one of among those, he was intentional. JOEL HILL needs promotion or either raise, big shout out. Try to find him if you are working to get your car done here.

Brought my car today with a rear bumper problem. The fix took about 15 minutes. They didn't take any money thou I tried to insist. They wished Happy 4th of July and insisted I take a cold bottle of water with me.

I would highly recommend The Body Shop (visited the McKinney location). I had body work done on my car back in April 2010, and in the process they repaired the tailpipe. I noticed last week that the tailpipe was cracked open and hanging down so I contacted them as they have a Life Time Guarantee on their repairs. The tailpipe was replaced today and at no cost. Gary White was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. Once again, I would highly recommend them. It is nice to have a company that honors their guarantee.

First off, Chance was great... its so inconvenient to have to rent a car bc someone rear-ended you in the first place. Well long story short ive been playing musical cars, I needed the rental by noon , so my parents could get back home before the afternoon came and Chance did an awesome job in keeping me updated and meeting my needs.. He needs a raise or lunch on the company... super thankful that the Lord connected me with him in an already stressful time for me.

I literally never leave reviews for anything but I have to give The Body Shop McKinney an 11/10. I was so upset that my brand new Honda pilot got bad hail damage within 5-6weeks of buying it but I was recommended to this shop by the dealership and insurance and they were phenomenal. I bought the car as an upgrade family car our first baby that and when I dropped the car off it was not expected to be ready until 6/12. I was so upset that we would not be able to bring the baby home in our new car and told Josh if there was anything he could do to expedite it but had little to no hope the car would be ready in time. The baby came early but they finished the car a whole week early!!! To top it off they brought and dropped the car off at the hospital for us!!! I’ve never experienced that level of customer service and care anywhere ever. Not only that, car is back to looking brand new!
