Wish I had read the reviews before coming to this office. Today is the 4th time they've screwed up my prescriptions and left me without medication for over a week. They seem dishonest and unorganized here. The first time they sent the wrong prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Then sent the right prescription to the wrong pharmacy which does not accept my insurance. By the 3rd call and 3rd day without my medication they managed to finally get it right but wrote a 30 day script when it was supposed to be a 90 day script... just to screw or up worse 30 days later. First phone call did not get translated and when I still didn't have my script 5 days later I called to ask what was going on. They explained they had a new girl working in the office and she just forgot to send it. DO NOT GIVE THIS OFFICE YOUR BUSINESS

I scheduled my husband’s yearly physical there in 11/2023, and on the day of the appointment they told him his physical cannot be done because it was within a year so they just ended up taking him as a sick patient since he was sick at the time. I don’t get why they wouldn’t check the status before he arrives, and we had to pay for the sick visit when we didn’t want to go in for his flu. We’re changing doctors because we don’t like how they do this.

The Dr. that I had been working with, for the past few years, recently relocated to another practice...not covered by my insurance. My blood sugar was very high, I didn't have a Dr. and there were essentially no providers in my geographical area that had available appointments within the week; if not two.Not wanting to go to the ER or to an Urgent Care facility, I saw that Family Nurse Practitioner, Shiny Michael, had an opening in her schedule; in less than 24 hours! I booked the appointment and the front office staff was courteous and professional plus the medical team was caring, friendly, very thorough and focused on my health. I have found my new medical professional team and I will not hesitate, to have any of my health care concerns, addressed at this facility.

I should have listened to the people who left terrible reviews! The medical providers are exceptional but the staffs are extremely terrible. The medical assistant for the nurse practitioner is extremely rude and definitely have terrible bed side manner. She clearly acts like she does not wanna be there! Even if you like the provider but you have to deal with an assistant like that, i better find a different doctor.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Bedside manner is horrible. If you have a cold you can’t go in because it’s a symptom if covid. So what is it they are a family dr for if they won’t see anyone?

Really loved going here! I hate doctors a lot and have had a rocky past with them as someone who has endured trauma and countless misdiagnoses. The staff here were so sweet and helpful. Even when I called to make an appointment the woman on the other line was so sweet and nice. I’d also like to mention I am transgender and the staff and Dr. Michael were extremely respectful! Including using my preferred name and the nurse even asked for my pronouns while she was screening me. Its very clear to see that at this place they care about the people they treat mentally and physically. I greatly recommend them especially if you’re a trans person looking for a respectful place to go here in Texas. A big thank you to the staff who made me feel human!

Dr. Hussain was great, and helped me with everything I needed from birth control to any other concerns I had. She referred me to a great obgyn and was overall impressive. On the other hand, the staff was not good at all. I showed up 25 minutes early to an appointment as a new patient and they made me reschedule because I needed to be there 30 minutes early even though I had filled out all the paperwork beforehand, and was still 25 minutes early. I made an appointment to see Dr. Hussain and of the ladies in the front called and told me she was cancelling my appointment because I needed to go see another doctor when Dr. Hussain is my primary physician. It may be because my issue didn’t seem all that important to them, and they wanted to clear up the books for someone else. It’s not my fault they are three months out on booking an appointment.

I have been with this group since we moved to McKinney 12 years ago. We have stay because of the service provided by Karen Durant. She has taken a leave of absence and we cannot get service at all. I have called to set appointment so that I can get a refill on my prescriptions it there is never a time for me. All of my prescriptions have been refilled but one. I have been out of this medication since July. When I called today the person who answered a phone said that what I was telling her was incorrect. She basically called me a liar and said they I had not had any prescriptions refilled since July which is completely wrong. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!

Very friendly staff, thorough and considerate doctors/nurses, quick appointments, easy scheduling and takes most insurance plans. Couldn't ask anything else of a family doctor!

The best care provider I've ever had, and the sweetest nurse, and the kindest clerks. It was my first time setting up an appointment and going to one on my own and they made everything feel so easy. I love this place and would highly recommend.

I moved to TX from MS in 2018. I have medical issues and decided to go to Dr. Durant after reading reviews. I have been with this facility for two years and never had an issue with the doctor or staff (especially the nurse with the tattoos, she is awesome). Dr. Durant bedside manners, attitude, and attention to details, is what I appreciate in her as my physician. Thanks to the entire staff for making me feel comfortable.

Dr. Hussain is simply amazing. She is nice, friendly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. She took time to talk to me and really get to know me. I’m so glad she is at this location now. Plus, all the other ladies are so sweet and nice. They’re always smiling, which is so refreshing in a cold medical office.

I use to be so pleased with this establishment. Dr. Smith and Nurse Durrant are awsome.Recently Dr. Smith left and now I have to find another doctor. The office keeps referring me to the new doctor. Dr.Husain I want to see Nurse Durrant. When I call to find out if Nurse Durrant is accepting new patients they said Yes. So of course I tried to make an appointment. Later to find out because I was Dr. SMITH patient I would have to see Dr HussainThis is total discriminatation

This place is a complete joke! I really don’t want to waste my time writing a review about this place but, I would recommend that you go elsewhere. The front office staff is the worst I have seen in history. I should get the Guinness book of records. Honestly, stay away! If you don’t believe me, try calling and ask for a call back from the Dr.

I have gone to this office for almost 20 years and the staff has always been incredibly respectful and very impassioned to help suit my own, as well as my families needs. whether it’s a short notice visit or helping to insure my family has the correct prescriptions, they have always cared. I trust them with my life.
