I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!
When I got my car back from Vivid it looked like it did the day I drove it off the sales floor… they went over and beyond by cleaning the interior making it look brand new again!! Not to mention the body repair work they did A+++++++++++

Vivid Collision was AMAZING!! Took my car in to get my good and windshield replaced! Got my car back in alil less than 2 weeks! Definitely will be back for any car needs! Cody there is amazing and helped me through the whole process

I recently had body work done on my vehicle at VIVID Body Shop. I was extremely disappointed with the results. After picking up my car, I noticed that the repairs were not up to par. I had to return the vehicle for additional work. To my dismay, I was informed by the owner they were unable to fix the issue. I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with the quality of service I received. I would no recommend this auto repair shop to others.

What a place! I worked with Ron on getting a wing paint-matched and installed for a BMW Z4, and dang. This place knocked it out of the park! The paint was spot on to the OEM color, and the installation itself was quick and very reasonably priced. Kaylee (sorry if I spelled that name wrong) whom works at the front was also very lovely and helpful. HIGHLY recommend using this place for all your body repair and paint match needs!

Vivid Auto Body Shop is an outstanding place to take your vehicle when you need repairs. The day I decided to take my vehicle to Vivid because someone had backed into my car and caused damage, was the best decision I could have ever made. From Kaley at the front desk to Ron and Cody the damage estimators, I experienced nothing but professionalism and a feeling of personal caring about getting me back on the road. Ron, my estimator contact, was super-efficient getting me an accurate estimate, repairing my car in a timely manner and in accordance with his estimate.
When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. They had also cleaned the inside as well as the outside. I truly respect the honesty of all the staff at Vivid and they will have my business anytime I need repair work.

After being hit by a jeep in my 03 Camry I went to multiple shops who kept trying to convince me that the work wasn’t worth the repair. Luckily Ron was understanding and could tell that my car held sentimental value to me. He went above and beyond to make it look brand new and even detailed the inside! I am beyond grateful for him and his team and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Came in hearing a scraping noise under my vehicle. After going to 2 other shops earlier in the morning and being turned down because I didn’t have an appointment, I was greeted with enthusiasm and excitement. My car was on the lift within minutes. After the minor issue was found it was taken care of and I was not charged as the issue was so minor. I asked if I could leave them any sort of compensation and was denied. Told to leave a google review and tell friends and family. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Exemplary Customer Service!

Where do I start! By far the best experience I've had when dealing with an auto body shop. From the customer service to completing the actual job, they did amazing. Don't even get me started on my bumper that I completely jacked up trying to use a paint pen the dealership gave me, well they even corrected that for me and the front bumper which was a blessing. The owner and his daughter are so sweet and I'm so happy with my truck.
