My Guy who was working on other place told me he will work there and then when I call him again for take my cars there he told me is not more there because of the crew… what awful and jealous people that don’t give to the opportunity to another person to join the crew… and how the owner listen to his workers with not proves of what they say… Next time ask for references… this is some cars he works for us.

We just moved to the area & had a small accident right from the get go. We had no idea where to go for repairs. We were recommended Vivid Auto Body and couldn't be more grateful for it. They were so easy to work with! Kept me in the loop about every step of the process (great communication). The staff was super friendly, & thry made the whole process worry free. When we got our vehicle back I it looked almost new. Would highly recommend using them for all your auto body needs!

I needed my side skirts and front rock guard protectors installed and reached out to Vivid. They were fast to respond, schedule a time, and give me an estimate.When I showed up for the appointment the service was fast and friendly. When I picked the car up the price was within the estimate that was given and the work was flawless.I highly recommend Vivid for any body work, and plan on returning to them for the few other body add ons I plan to have in the future.

Brought my explorer in for hail damage and a hit and run incident on my quarter panel. The customer service I received was above and beyond! I was informed every step of the way and they really made me feel comfortable during the entire ordeal. You could tell Ron has been in this business a very long time and was knowledgeable and compassionate. I will definitely be back and recommend this shop to everyone I know!

Ron, Cody and Kailey at Vivid Auto Body Shop in McKinney were absolutely incredible. I had terrible hail damage on my truck and had to have a new hood and roof installed among other things. They worked with the insurance company, communicated clearly throughout the process and did an amazing job restoring my truck. This company has integrity through and through. Would never bring my truck back to this place, kept getting different honored dates of when my truck would be done. Had to call to confirm when and when I received a message saying it was done. They acted like they had no idea that it was done when I came to pick it up had to show them the text message to even prove it to them, When we walked outside to look at my truck there was over spray on my brush guard, dirt and white dust from the bondo all over my front and back seats, dash and doors. Noticed paint bubbles on the roof of the truck and unfixed dents on the side of the bed, broken clips in the floor board. They even tried to get me to pay an extra 1030 for a windshield that I had replaced before bringing my truck to them, a girl who I was talking to wasn’t in uniform compared to the others that was there and no name tag. When she pointed out that I needed to pay the 1030 and give them the insurance check for that amount since I was reimbursed for the windshield I explained I paid that out of packet and had to go over this for 45 mins even after she went out to the shop to talk to the manager out there at least 4 times and wouldn’t hand over my keys until it was figured out. Had to show proof that I paid for the windshield with a receipt for it. She kept saying I needed to pay that amount I told her explain to me what it is I need to pay for she says the windshield. I asked was it replaced again or removed to be installed again. She said I have no idea. After she talked to the manager the last time. They marked off the amount and handed over my keys. Would not recommend anyone to this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.Services: Painting

I dropped my C8 off for a spoiler install and Rich was very professional and communicative during the entire process. He ensured I was aware of the expected time of completion and he addressed any concerns I had prior to install. I want to start off by saying that I wish I could get this place shut down. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.I took my Volkswagen beetle here to get an estimate and spoke to Rich The Owner. The total was around $3000 for my rear bumper to be fixed. He also informed me that the entire repair would take around 2 weeks. They had my car for a total of 6 weeks and somehow managed to bump up the cost to a total of $8000 (I used insurance so the price doesn’t really matter to me but I found this very suspicious). They have poor communication and when the timeline was stretched without an explanation I showed up to the body shop unannounced and caught them in multiple lies. They had broken my Spoiler while removing it from my car. Ordered another one and broke this one as well. If they specialize in auto body parts I’m not sure how this could happen not once but twice?? They also failed to notify me of any of this until I physically showed up.I had to take my car unfinished because I couldn’t afford to go another week without having a car. They simply put tape on the unfinished parts. When I got home and actually looked at my car in more detail. I had noticed paint chips on my hood that weren’t there before, along with an emblem missing from my rear, AND the most confusing, a broken gas cap. Why are they messing with my gas cap at all? And why didn’t they let me know they broke it?In their attempt to fix this. They ordered me another gas cap (it was the wrong size) and when they called me back in to put on a new spoiler, it was painted the wrong color...Lastly, my seats were completely stained with dirt and outdoor debris all over the back seat/trunk of my car.Services: Painting

I was in two unfortunate accidents. My insurance company allowed me to make a choice where to go for repairs. My son and daughter in law recommended Vivid. I’m so glad they did. Vivid did a beautiful job on my car! They saved it. My car was a gift from a good friend who served in Vietnam. He got his Disability Back Pay and gifted me my car. He passed away 2.10.2021. I miss him. Vivid kept me up with updates from Noah as to the progress of my car. If I had a question they were kindly answered. I asked them to take on a tricky collision project and they were great to work with. Jason was upfront and transparent with me about expectations and timing. The quality of the repairs and body work was exceptional considering the scope of this project. I’d recommend Vivid to anyone looking for that personal interaction and non-typical repair project. Came in to replace a damaged front lip, as well as install an exterior trim kit. They did a fanatic job with painting the exterior pieces to match the color scheme of my car, and they even fixed some minor paint damage on the front. Great service, and great workService: Body & Trim
