The cashier (Lady) is very rude !!! She did not let us buy our coffee just because she didnt have the patience to deal with us, we always stop here before and after work . The next day we stop there again and she literally said do not sell them anything, i do not know whats her deal we were never disrespectful towards her .

I visited the Lone Star location in McKinney, Texas at the location at Hwy 75 and 380 and experienced service from an employee who did not seem to want to be there. I typically stop by to get coffee. This time I stopped to get iced mocha coffee. When I poured my coffee, the iced coffee was out of mocha. I let the person at the counter know it was empty. Her response floored me. Absolutely did nothing or said nothing. Usually when I let the person at the counter know they will usually see if there is a refill to put into the iced coffee machine. So I left what I was going to purchase and just walked out.

Finally a public bathroom where I did not have to touch anything at all! The seat cover automatically moves to the sanitized portion; the soap, water and blower come on by sensor and there's a tissue holder by the door so you don't have to touch the door handle. Plus great customer service!

Stopped at about 4:30 am today and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the store especially the bathroom. One of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen in a very long time.?
