Finally moved to the area and can come to TBT regularly! Secure, clean and FULL of the needed equipment. Super friendly owners and members. Hard to leave my home gym, but this gym family made the transition even easier!
We are a hybrid fitness gym. We offer a full weight room and self defense classes. Group exercises and personal training is what we do best. We offer 12 sessions with a training per month which is our popular Barbell Toning, Cherry Booty Working out, kids and adult BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), MMA, Wrestling, Muay Thai & Kickboxing
