Maral was the stylist who cut my hair. She asked several questions to make sure she understood what I wanted done. Before she actually cut my hair, she confirmed the length I wanted. I am very pleased with my cut from start to finish!

This is the Location at Lake Forest and McKinney Ranch parkway. Both ladies seemed very nice and attentive. Maral cut my hair and I am pleased with it. She listened to what I wanted and make double, triple sure she had a good understanding. I appreciate that, because when it’s cut, it’s cut.

Lacks professionalism. Booked a time showed up and doors were locked. Didn’t really care that it added 20 minutes to time frame even though app showed zero minute wait. Won’t be back.

The guy that cuts my hair should make more money… matter of fact he should be running his own store. I didn’t get his name, but he is the only one working the store. Not only did he do a great job, he’s personable, friendly, and manages his time well. He made sure I was happy. I hope he will be there the next time, but seems like he is made to travel between several stores. He’s from the lake highlands area and works in McKinney which doesn’t seem to convenient for him, but I was very happy to see him when I walked in today. He cut my hair last time. I hope some management takes notice that this is a good employee worth keeping and treating well. It’s hard to find good hair cutters and good employees these days. Happy customer today

Kimberly is an expert at her craft. Always courteous, listens to wants, and lends great advice on hair care. She also did a great beard trim in my husband. I have been a loyal customer for years and new management has taken a step up.
