Poor customer support. I think Astrid ,She Don’t know how to use there own system to look up customer details. She looked at some other customers details and arguing that there is no such service . Feel really bad for spectrum with such a poorly trained school kid was put in customer support . Such a waste of time . Put in a highly trained and customer focused associates instead of some sort of drop outs

Tried to return a modem at this location and made an reservation on Saturday. After a few minutes, received confirmation texts from Spectrum then headed to the store driving around 25 mins. However, the store was locked, there was a small sign showing temporary store hour update. Store hour is only from Mon to Fri. This company does not care about the customers at all. Waste almost one hour of my time travelling to/from the store. Spectrum is worse than any other internet providers based on my experiences. DO NOT GO TO THE STORE DURING THE WEEKEND, although it says open Sunday.

Our neighbor is getting spectrum and we have had an orange wire running from my yard to my neighbors for 3 months. They then showed up this week and dug a huge hole in my yard on my side of the side walk right next to my driveway. The then left for 3 days and no one has ever contacted me before or after work. I called spectrum and spent 30 minutes on the phone before finally getting someone to come repair the hole. The filled in the hole, but did not repair the grass and left shards of metal in my yard. The green box still has a cord connecting to my neighbors and it all looks awful. I'm usually very understanding, but I have 3 kids and take care of my yard. It's dangerous and it looks awful. I'm also not a customer and if this is how they treat people, I never will be.

Rob an associate was extremely unhelpful. Called his boss and said sorry dude. All I wanted to do was return my cable boxes after switching over to a chrome cast plan. Customer service number immediately fixed my issue and dropped the equipment off at my local ups store. I’d recommend just dealing with 1800 number. The associate had zero motivation to find a solution. Could’ve been a lack of training on his end but I’ll never return to that store.
