Freddy was excellent. Came in for a phone replacement and left with the phone, upgraded internet and cheaper bill than before. He was very transparent, honest and not just pushing to make a sale. Spectrum Internet and TV = Paying top dollar for a service that still manages multiple outages is impressive in the worst possible way. When things go down, expect well over 24 hours before a tech is even dispatched ā apparently the SLA here is least effort.
On top of that, the Xumo TV box is flaky as hell, running with the speed and responsiveness of an average 1995 GUI. āBleeding-edge tech,ā apparently, now means making customers financially bleed by pushing more TV trash while failing to guarantee a reliable fiber connection with outdated, clunky hardware.
Reliable billing. Unreliable infrastructure. Priorities perfectly backwards.

I cannot recall the employee's name. He was very knowledge- able and VERY helpful. My son's phone couldn't be repaired and the employee handled the sale of a comparable android. Plus, he ensured everything was connected and work right.

Just a terrible company and internet provider. Just terrible never use this company unless you absolutely have to the other options are better I promise. Internet š stays down on a weekly basis. When your reconnected the signal is so weak you have to call spectrum get a tech out there and itās just a rinse and repeat process. Terrible company run away fast. And donāt bother with the reservation scheduled 11:20 told me to wait like a walk in just never do business here ever! The automated prompt below that use over and Overš should tell you all you need to know!Update Now going on to 12:00 to return my items all I need was a receipt š§¾ the woman upfront has no clue what she is doing.

I went in to return all the equipments and when I asked for receipt as a proof that I returned it and I was told that they will scan each equipment and will reach out if I miss anything. Over 2 weeks came by and Iām getting emails from Spectrum that I need to return the equipments so I wonāt get any extra charges. I called Spectrum again and I was advised ānext time, you need to get a receipt when you return an itemā. I mean, Iāve asked and now Iām getting emails from Spectrum that they have not received the equipments yet. I donāt think I will get Spectrum again for their services because of this. Spectrum needs to train their staff on how to handle these issues especially when customers are paying on time, no late fees and on top of that, returned the equipments right on time.

The customer service is horrible in this McKinney store , I waited almost two hours just to pick up upgraded equipment, and the lady before me also waited two hours to return an equipment. The manager and the staff didnāt care about customer service, the waiting list showed 20 people were waiting. They just keep people waiting and waiting for their service. They even told people to go to the UPS store to return their equipment because it would be faster. I would not go back that store again.

I just returned from Spectrum store on 380 in Mckinney to return equipment, and I waited for 2 hours and 35 minutes to just get a handwritten receipt that took all of 2 minutes. I was 11th in line and by the time I left, there were 22 people in the waiting line. There were only 2 people working when there were 5 registers. I would have dropped it and left, but I previously called Spectrum corporate for the return of the box and they said dont leave the store without a receipt. I have done this b4 and I had to fight my charges on the Spectrum bill for 2 months. Don't drop and go. Not sure what other options are available.
