These guys are so wonderful! I recently bought a car with no guarantees. The next day it overheated, I added antifreeze. Three days later overheated again. I took the car back to them, they went out of their way helping me. They loaned me a car while trying to fix mine. Turns out mine was going to take time to fix it right, and I fell in love with a loaner car. They lowered the asking price and sold me this one. The one guy told me we are here to make friends, not rip anybody off. I would not even consider going anywhere else in the future for a used car.?

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!I honestly wouldn’t even give them a star, my husband and I bought a car from them without even reading the reviews, it would have saved us a lot of money and time. I trusted these people due to us filing our taxes with his wife for over 10 years. Our loyalty was worth nothing to this man as he took our money and sold us a defective car, the man who sold it to us praised this car as if it was such a great deal, 3 weeks later we were back bc the engine light came on. They “checked” it for us and said it was nothing, a year later and that car has been more in the shop than in the highway. They are dishonest and money hungry! When I tried talking to him bc we were still being responsible with our payments and I explained to him how much money we’ve invested in trying to fix it and how he could sell us this car his response was “it’s just a luck situation” how are you running a business and selling cars that YOU KNOW are faulty and have no remorse on taking our hard worked money? We put money in your pockets for you to feed your family, while you keep selling faulty cars to people who trust that we are buying a good working used car. I would never recommend your business to anyone and hopefully one day you go out of business for being dishonest.

Scammers, I bought a car and the same day it was damaged, then they told me that they couldn't do anything because they don't give a guarantee, they stole my money and kept the car, scammers!!

5 years later I am giving an update, I would like to say first that hands down Mr. Clever and his family are the most genuine honest people I ever have had the privilege of knowing. I finally just paid off the last vehicle I purchased from Solo Auto Group. This was car number 6, a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe (Black) it is a beautiful truck. I went through a lot of ups and down even with Covid19 hitting us hard not one time did they ask for a payment, threaten to repo nothing. They offered me help love and compassion and trusted that I would make my payment whenever I could this allowed me to not only start my own business but gave me stress relief from having to worry about losing my vehicle and for that I am thankful.This is an honest review from someone who has done business with them for more than 10 years. Good People, Fair Prices, Honest, Helpful, Understanding, Loving, and Caring. All you have to do is communicate with them.I bought 4 cars from here, every car has been amazing. Never had one issue. I lost my job and couldn't pay my car note for over 6 months. He had my back and didn't repo my truck. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SAY THAT? THANK YOU, SOLO AUTO GROUP.

If you are a first time buyer do not go here. They took my $1000 down payment after they said everything was good. 3 days later they return my contract & refused to give me my money back. Waste of time & money. I strongly wouldn't recommend going here.
