I’ve never written a negative view before, but at this point I’m not sure how else to get management’s attention. Overall, this complex is decent. Decent enough that my husband and I have lived here for 1.5 years. The maintenance team is great - they have always been really attentive. The apartment itself is fine for what you pay for, and the neighborhood is safe!
Unfortunately, management strongly lacks in customer service skills. My husband and I have been overcharged for rent for several months in a row. We have emailed and/or called management about this issue at least 10 times. We either get no response or someone telling us they will fix the issue. Then, the next month rolls around and the problem still persists. Last week, I sent them yet another email explaining the issue and providing screenshots of all the emails I have sent previously along with different the different responses from the management team saying they would fix the issue (the last time my husband called he was told they “never received my previous emails”). And here we are over a week later with no response yet again.
Again, I have always avoided leaving negative reviews, but I’m at the point where I am so tired of getting overcharged and being ignored about a legitimate issue. There’s plenty of other things I could complain about with this complex that I’d be okay with management neglecting, but I feel like being overcharged for rent is something significant enough to attend to.

+1 Maintenance guy was super nice and solved the issues well and promptly.
+1 Front Office staff is nice and cordial. The lobby looks and always smells great!
+1 Family friendly community
-1 Moving in, the carpet was still dirty and there were bugs, both dead and alive, everywhere. Rented a carpet washer from Lowe's and cleaned up the carpets and asked for another pest control visit.

I'm a resident and I had the best experience with Mehdi. I have been complaining about a leak in my bathroom for months. This was my 4th maintenance request to fix the leak. Nobody has been able to resolve the issue. Mehdi, advised that he would fix it and actually did what he said.

Terrible experience working with Michelle (current employee). Worst person to deal with. Signing a lease is a nightmare if you are not living in the area. Very ignoring. We have to keep calling. No documents were shared. Do not lease an apartment here.
We went for a tour, gave us a document with monthly rate and the next day she is saying the price is increased by a 100 bucks and she cannot give us the locked in rate. We had to make multiple calls on a daily basis to get details about the apartment.
If the first step of signing a lease is so difficult and inconvenient, I dont know about the people already living there.

I hate to put such a bad review, I visited the property to see if they had a one bedroom to show, which the lady at the desk informed me that they did not. Totally fine, but the silence just hung in the air. I then asked if there was any other floor plan I can view or any information brochure. She turns and says "Oh yea." hands me a sheet of paper and turns back to her computer. I went across the street to another apartment complex where they had no one bedrooms to show but he offered to show me a 2x2 and was so open with information.

I moved in this apartment for 6 months. Every time I put a maintenance request, they are able to show up at my apartment in short amount of time and does a wonderful good job. The maintenance worker are super nice!
