“New owners took over several months ago and have improved their offerings. Still wished they were open until 6pm but they provided a key fob to access mailboxes whenever so that more than works for us.Have had a box there for a while, never had any issues, friendly people. Wish they had better hours, closing at 5:30 is way to early. 9:30 openings feels too late in the day for a shopping biz.”
“Rick, the store manager, was very helpful, and very kind. I had to package some items that I needed to drop off for USPS, and he even gave me some pointers for a different packaging store that ships for USPS without having to wait in line at the post office. He has a great attitude and didn't make me feel like a bother! Will go back to this location to be served by Rick, even though it's out of my way.”

I could tell he was new, but he was extremely nice and accommodating. I believe his name was Whit or Witt. My day had been a frantic mess, and this guy had me walking out with a smile. I really didn’t think it would/could be done but she called me to talk about it and even found another nearby FedEx that could print one of the items I needed that this location didn’t have the supplies for today. “I had the most positive experience from a UPS driver that was delivering to my Middle School in Prosper Texas. His name is Leonardo Lemus and he was the most professional and helpful driver I have ever come in contact with. His politeness and kindness was exceptional and I wish I could contact his supervisor to let him know how wonderful he is. All I could find out was that his supervisor is named Ryan and he comes out of the McKinney distribution center. We need more people in our world like Leonard.”

“I arrived at 0930 without an appointment for TSA precheck, appointment was for two days later. Someone else arrived at the same time and had an appoint for 0940 but did not have the correct documents so they left. I was called back at 0942 and out of the door by 0948. Everyone I interacted with was courteous. Great experience.”
