I really used to like this Shell/Select convenience store. I have been shopping & getting gas here for many years. Clive, Dipesh & a few of the other previous cashiers were always so friendly & helpful. I loved stopping in to get what I needed while enjoying the great customer service & upbeat conversation. I could tell the other customers experienced & enjoyed the same. I just haven’t seen any of those employees in a while, so it’s been a different atmosphere & experience.
I used the store’s restroom on my last visit & was shocked how dirty it was & how bad it smelled. There was also no soap or paper towels. The fact that there is a popular taco eatery there, made me wonder about the cleanliness of other areas of the store now.
I also recalled how the previous sweet guys in there would often be cleaning & mopping, and the store smelled so good!
Not sure if it’s new Management now, but I sure do miss the smiling, friendly faces & the great smelling store & clean bathroom!
New Management or not, can you guys please do a deep clean on the bathroom & stock it properly for the sake of your customers? And consider trying on a smile to let your customers know they’re welcome & appreciated.?Thank you!!
These aspects are very much deal breakers for me…plenty of other convenience stores in the area to shop & get gas.

Not sure who the manager is here but this place is an absolute trash bin. The cleanliness is ?, the bathroom smelled like piss, the floor was wet, there was no towels to dry your hands with. The guy standing at the front looked like he was bored and didn't care that the bathrooms were a mess. I mean, I should know better than to expect much from a shell. There has to be some kind of standard. Do better ?

Have shell rewards and was suppose to fill max of 20 gallons. Pump only allowed 12 something gallons. Went inside to ask assistance but cashier was of no help. Restroom is one of the dirtiest i have used. Commode is full of $h1t. Never coming back here again. Avoid if you can.

Ever since the new management came in this place has changed miraculously! The old owners were absolutely horrible. The new management are welcoming and the store is always stocked and clean! Will definitely be back!

Came through late last night for a snack and drink. Only thing legit fresh was the drinks. my chocolate and hard candy was old ass hell!! I didn't know a KS Snickers would crumble like a Nature Valley granola bar the moment I bit into it. I've been here multiple times, for the Taco restaurant because FRESH FOOD and her food slaps!!

FRAUD!!! Be careful when you use your card or Apple Pay. This is racist and scamming business. The clerks overcharge customers and when you pay for merchandise they with card and Apple Pay. when you ask for a refund the owner denies and says it’s from the bank. RAJ is a racist Indian man, who called the cops on me and lied that I was a black Person distributing his establishment when I noticed and overcharge on my card and asked for a refund.

Don’t use the restroom here. Barely any soap, no maintenance or cleaning schedule. They took one of the restrooms for employees only, and neglected the public oneGet your food, get your tacos, get your booze, and get out.

I would avoid patronizing this place at all costs - unless you want highly offensive and inappropriate questions asked. There is no decorum - especially the attendant in the morning. Very inappropriate.

I wish I could give zero stars for this gas station but the taco restaurant inside earns them 1 star. My husband has been a frequent customer for years buying lotto, tacos,and gas weekly easily spending $500 a week patronizing this business and happy to do so until the owner Depesh sold the business and the service has been horrible towards him and other customers that play lotto, or are African/African American. Yelling at customers and telling them to get out of your store because they ask a question and you are getting frustrated Sam is unacceptable behavior. The restrooms are disgusting to say the least. As I said the taco business is great but if she leaves no one should do business there. There are plenty of other gas stations in the area. They treat customers with respect. My husband tried numerous times to talk to the owner and his staff about their attitude but they refuse to listen so no more "Shelly" for us.

I have never rated any facility based on the state of its restrooms, but I was thoroughly grossed out. One was out of order, the other was filled with urine, dirt and grime on the toilet seat, sink, walls and floor. I would have passed altogether if I could. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. There was also not a drop of soap in the dispenser as well. It put me off so much I just put the bare minimum of gas I needed for the next day and that was it.

This Shell has a great team of employees. They are always so friendly. Dipesh is an Awesome guy. My hat goes off to him and his team. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!
