Worst body shop I have ever dealt. Since January our car still isn't fully repaired and the paint job was a joke. Have had to drop it off numerous times and can never get a hold of anyone. Ronnie Jones is a scammer. They offered to pay for our rental and then backed out after we dropped it off. If you are thinking about going here don't do it. I still don't have the front trim for my van and they were going to keep it for 9 months until it was received until I talked them out of it.

This is the absolute worst place with the most horrendous customer service. My car was towed there on October 4 and on October 5 someone broke into their secured lot, stole a car and drove recklessly through their business including driving through a bay window damaging many cars. The manager did NOT even notify us we found out when we went back to the lot the next day. We were told then ( 24 hours later) that my car had been hit very badly by the drunk driver that broke into their place of business. They are taking zero accountability saying it is not their fault and out of their control. My car has suffered over $13,000 of damage from a reckless driver while the car was in their possession.I do not recommend this place of business at all.

Crash Champions2727 S Central ExpresswayMcKinney, TXWas told to drop it off on Monday and they would give me an update on repairs in 2-3 days. After day 5 no updates and on day seven I called back still no update and they said the advisor was out of work and no one else had any information they could give me. So I got an Uber to drop me off at the shop and once there I was then informed it was in fact torn down so when I asked them for my keys they told me I owed for tear down of $292. Horrible customer service and nobody follows up with updates.

I was going down 75 and hit a lake of water going across 75 at Virginia and the empact of the water pushed out my bumper. Jimmy came out to look at my bumper and fixed it himself no charge . What a great guy! Great people, great service!

Stay away. Had an appointment on the 19th for a hail estimate. They called me the night of the 18th and said my estimator went on vacation and rescheduled at 9am the 24th. I dropped my car off the night of the 23rd. Called them on the 24th and they said the estimator doesn't get in until noon. Called on the 26th to check the status and said the estimator has the estimate but hasn't email it over. I pick the car up on the 28th and ask about the estimate and was told they have it but cant email it to me until the 30th.During all of this I was left on hold for 10 minutes, I was told "they will send it when they feel like it", also told "at least he (the estimator) shows up".Victoria at the front desk was great.

Worst body shop I have ever come across. These people are super slow even in generating the estimate. It's been 20 days that I am waiting for a simple estimate so that my insurance process can begin. Every time I call them they tell me that they will send the estimate with in one hour. I talked to Victoria last and she was like sir I joined just last week. What an excuse!! The inspection was performed by the General Manager Austin. He never put my estimate in queue. Not sure what is keeping him so busy. Such a disappointment.

Took 5 month to repair my 2022 Golf GTI Autobahn. For what it's worth, the *mechanical* repairs were completed competently and successfully. The techs at Hendrick Volkswagen found the vehicle's mechanical state to be "generally unremarkable".However, the reinstallation of the Park Distance Control sensor array was 'accomplished' in the most incompetent way imaginable. The *correct* way to affix these sensors to their sockets is with a particular, specially formulated automotive glue that is purpose-designed to withstand the elements the vehicle is exposed to on the road. Instead, the single shared brain cell at Trash Champions decided to affix them with nothing more than 3M Double-Sided Adhesive strips. Such as you might find at Walmart. For arts and crafts. No less than four of these sensors have since fallen into the body and, while they continue to function, their newfound proximity to the inside of the bumper causes them to believe I am always about to have a crash, rendering the entire system useless. Hendrick Volkswagen said to do the job *properly* is an $1100 task. I expect Trash Champions will foot this bill as I will never allow them to touch my vehicle again and will actively discourage everyone I know from using their services in the future.The tech I spoke to at Hendrick said "This is the single worst installation job I've ever seen on these sensors, you would truly have to be an idiot to believe that this was the right way to do it."Stay away. They cut corners, and in the most idiotic ways imaginable.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. When picking up our car today we found it unlocked, unmoved from the original spot where it was parked for drop off almost two weeks ago and rummaged through from being left unlocked. Luckily only one thing was stolen from my car along with the cigarette butt that was left in it. All this after they held our car for a week without servicing it within that week we called three times only to learn the mechanic working on our car had never even been in the shop due to being on vacation since we left it. Which was strange seeing as they pushed back the original intake date a week from the original date due to back ups in the shop just to take it in to no mechanic. after deciding it was a total loss they never once called to give any status updates. everyone we’ve spoken to in the shop was extremely unhelpful and seemed as though they couldn’t care less (if they bothered to answer the phone). terrible service, rude mechanics, and a sloppy lousy job with 0 care for even basic security of our vehicle while they were in possession of it.

I’m sorry that google doesn’t allow 0 or negative star, I’m forced to give a one star rating. I went to this repair shop as recommended by my insurance. My experience was nightmarish to put it mildly. They took inordinately long to have my vehicle towed and estimated for repairs. Twice my insurance company told me that they forgot to act, not a store to visit

We entrusted this location with our vehicle and when we got it back rats had chewed up the wiring in our engine. When we informed the manager Justin about said damages he said it was an “act of God” stay away at all costs!!!

I opened my claim with them in May of 2022. still waiting just to get a singular Fender flair. I have called countless times over the year and got the same answer that it's still being ordered. I decided to go into the shop once it hit the 1-year mark and they told me they never ordered it. They have now tried to order the part three times and order the wrong one every time. They told me I needed to contact the dealer (which is right across the street) to find out the part number of that fender flair (it took me 4 minutes to get the number). They tell me they are going to call me back which never happens. I'm always the one who has to get a hold of them which they don't answer most of the time. If I want any information I have to drive to the shop to get updates. This has been the worst experience I've had with a company on something that is so simple. I'm having to manage them and get information about a part, which as a customer you shouldn't need to worry about. Never going to a service king again or recommend them to anyone. Accidents are stressful, especially when the other person is at fault but their insurance denies your claim.Having said that the team at Service King is top notch. Amazing kind crew that makes you forget the stress, making your repairs painless and stress-free. They work with your schedule to the max. Also super fast turnaround.
