At first, I was impressed by the way the front desk spoke, the facility with the kids playground and beverage selection (the coffee and hot chocolate were horrible anyways), but then the guy tried to upsale me. It's unfortunate that a woman can't take their care into some establishments due to the service they receive. He was really pushy, lied, misquoted, and didn't even get authorization to do some things to my car and then made me pay for it. No one even called me back to address the situation so now I'm leaving a review. I'm never going back!

I’ve always had a great experience going to Caliber and working with the caliber team!
I’m never worried about any scams where the mechanics try to oversell unnecessary things, because they take picture proof of what you actually need in their diagnostic process and also give recommendations for what you’ll probably need in the future. And they never push anything on you!
A definite affordable alternative to always getting my work done at a premium dealer.

I had an outstanding experience at Caliber Auto Care! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure my car’s issues were taken care of, and I left feeling completely confident in their work. Michael, who assisted me throughout the process, was fantastic. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable with every step. His professionalism and friendly attitude really put me at ease, which isn’t always the case when dealing with car repairs. The quality of work was excellent, and my car runs like new. I highly recommend Caliber Auto Care and especially Michael for anyone looking for reliable, honest service!

Frankie and Noah should get a bonus on their next check. The customer service these two had (the desk guy and the mechanic) was impeccable! I have not been treated so well in a really really long time if ever. They both called me and kept me very informed throughout the whole process. Not to mention their politeness etc that we just don’t see any more these days. Way to go guys! I hope they post this up for everyone to see bc you guys should be recognized!!

Prices are high for repairs and other services compared to others, I was quoted 500 for a tire, while discount tires gave the same tire for 310.
