The service was very nice, the environment was comfortable, and everything was very clean. They were very gentle and the the cut and color of my pedicure is exactly what I wanted.

I had Andy as my nail tech and he was so nice and did a great job. They looked better than my reference picture :) The atmosphere of the nail salon was very inviting and clean as well.

I got the Rose Gold CBD pedicure and loved it! Vanessa was amazing for my gel pedicure. She was friendly, knowledgeable about products, and super friendly. Plus she gave a great massage! I'll definitely be back and ask for her again!

First time here but I received great service! They are very friendly and professional, and seem to interact that way with all the customers that came in. I had Mimi do my pedicure, she was great! Quality work while being gentle and cautious. She was engaging and offered good conversation while also letting me relax. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and it's a nice spa. Would definitely come again

Terrible place! The lady who put my sandles back on hit my toes and when I got home I saw that she had ruined them..the person who did my nails manicure was awful…I still have cuticle and they didnt get under my nails…the manicure person was shoving my arm around so mean while doing my service…the pedicure was good and thorough..then a passing girl who put my shoes back on ruined her polish …$94..not worth it and not returning….when I told the front desk that my manicure was bad and that my cuticles had not been cleaned ..she simply wrote the manicurists name on the receipt…as if to tell me..next time you come tell them u dont want this person …really?!!! NEVER AGAIN

Have been going to Serenity for almost 10 years and never had bad service. Ivy, Lisa, Angel and Mikey all are superior. My nails last several weeks and I never leave I don’t feel like they look terrific.
