“I needed a storage unit for the very next day, but it was after office hours so I booked it online. It was very easy to book. Once I checked in the next day the process was super simple and easy. I also received a phone call in the morning to remind me of what documents to bring for verification. The only other thing to mention, is if you are storing a vehicle, you need to bring title or registration. The website does not mention this and instead says you need to bring proof of insurance, which you don’t actually need. The morning phone call was helpful because of this discrepancy on the website.”

“I just wanted to say how great Nathan and Phillemon are at ur location on 3801 Hardin blvd in McKinney. Nathan gave me some info on transferring spaces. (Downsizing) when I went to actually transfer Phillemon was there to handle my needs with no hiccup. Went in to the office the next day to make sure everything was ok and Nathan was back. He asked me how the process went and if I had enough time and space to get everything done. So nice. Thanks to u guys and ur communication it was a breeze.”

“I love this storage facility. It’s always clean and week-maintained and I have never had a security concern. But best of all are the people. Their property managers have been friendly and easy to work with. I’d recommend this facility to anyone who needs to put “some stuff” in storage. I’ve had a unit (or 2 and now 3) for years.
UPDATE 3 YEARS LATER: I STILL love this facility and its staff. They are always willing to bend over backwards, if possible, the help you out. I am FINALLY leaving the next, thought, after about 20 years. About time!! Seriously though, good property, good people, never had a worry about my stuff.”

I rented a small unit here to store some recreational equipment for a few months until I move into my bigger apartment. Because it held my bike and camping equipment, I usually stop by twice or more a month. First of all (I know, you get what you pay for), I was attracted to the low price, I didn’t need fancy or temp controlled. Then they increased the rent about 35% (they said it was an overall increase, so it’s not like I had a special rate) about 3 months after I signed up. Worse than that, however, is there are tenants who appear to be living in the units. If not living, they are definitely camped out there every single time I stop by. Which I wouldn’t mind but they pull a bunch of stuff out of their overflowing units and scatter it all over the driveway. I’ve had to beep beep at them a couple times. It is absolute garbage and is strewn about the driveway. So I finally called to complain a couple weeks ago, and mainly to let them know about it since it’s the storage area around the corner and I don’t think the management ever goes over there. Of course no one even bothered calling me back.
All this place cares about is getting your money and they don’t care about cleanliness, safety, or customer service at all. I cannot wait to get my stuff out and never return.”

“I've been at this place a few years, everything I asked for he was good about addressing. I had a recent experience with my trailer that was damaged. Some how I ended up with the wrong phone number. So I had posted a bad review and found out it was my fault because of not having the correct number. He has been very nice and willing to help address the issues with my trailer. Muhammad has been great to work with.”

“If you’re looking for a local, hassle-free, and service-oriented u-haul rental, look no further. The owner was extremely kind, and helpful. I happened to arrive right as he was heading out to deal with an emergency. Despite this, he was willing to stay and make sure I was all set to go. The after hours drop off was easy too. Just make sure you go to the website and follow the instructions being placing the keys in the drop box. I will definitely be coming back here for any of my rental needs.”
“Warm, friendly and professional service. The storage lot is spacious and readily accessible for those late night, early morning returns. Having a dump station on site is a great perk and time saver for those campgrounds that do not have one. The highway out front can have heavy traffic at times making it difficult to safely pull out at times.”
