I unfortunately have no choice but to use SandsRX for a dermatology prescription I get. Lately, they've been a nightmare to work with. I've asked multiple times to set up automatic refills on my prescription, they tell me it's done, then nothing is ever automatically refilled. I live over an hour away so delivery is my only option, and the delivery is extremely flaky. I've had to call 5+ times because they forget to deliver the medication or there are delays. I have to go without my medication for extended periods of time because of their inability to get me my medicine. Highly recommend against this pharmacy if you have a choice.

Sands is simply the best. My experience is always head and shoulders above using CVS, et al. Professional, communicative, and efficient.

Arlandra at SandsRX is amazing! Truly a great employee. She took the time to check my insurance prices, explain the process to me, explain the meds, and even doubled checked a few things for me and called me back. Went above and beyond. I haven’t had customer service that good in a while, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
Besides that, SandsRX has been quick with delivery and makes getting my meds so much easier. Highly recommend

A prescription for my daughter ran out and after realizing my mistake of not signing up for the auto-refills, James, a pharmacist, thoroughly educated me on signs of sudden withdrawal and expedited the shipping for me for the next day. He was so kind and I appreciated his help so much!

I am SO impressed with this pharmacy!!! After being sent around and around for over a week with another pharmacy, I was so discouraged and frustrated. I randomly called this pharmacy on a Friday afternoon to see if they could help me get my medication by my dr appointment on Monday and WOW. They not only were incredibly kind but also made sure my medication was delivered the next day to me! I’m just so grateful and would recommend them to anyone. I would get all of my medication filled through them if I could. Thank you SO much.
