Very disappointing I paid $30 for a cheese and fruit platter in the ready to eat counter. We we open it the cheese was old and on the verge of being bad. Sam's manager needs to take active role in installing a culture of quality As it stands now, the ready to eat is just a option to sell products that should go in the trash

This location has become a huge disappointment. The lack of Management plays a huge role on it's decline and it's reflected by its employees.Not business friendly, numerous issues. After 30+ years it's time to move on to Costco.

Needed some essentials today. I like to walk around and get some steps in. Got my products. On my way to pay just to find out, they are not accepting any cash payments . Who in management dropped the ball and did not keep enough cash to run the store. Who in the process hell created the process of not keeping money at the store? Very inconvenient Gave the a star for cleanliness and one star for the lady that was patient with me. I suggested to her to maybe put a sign at the entrance so people know before their time gets wasted. Hopefully, common sense kicks in the next time this happens . Good mgrs, usually think ahead. . Sometimes things happen. I get it, but in the customer service industry, you got to anticipate and be ready for this situation. Sam's is in the business of making money. Yet this will cost loss of revenue . Fist time I've seen this happen in my 22 or 23 yrs in retail.

I visited optical department Friday July 1. I stopped by here to compare contact lens pricing while testing some lenses from my optometrist. They probably deserve 4 stars because their optometrist was out without backup but I didn't need an optometrist and Tammy was so helpful for what I actually needed. They are in network for my insurance but I already have a prescription. McKinney has grown into a large town and she still retains that small town charm when she talks to you. She was very knowledgeable and she filled in some of the gaps I had with multi focal lenses after leaving my optometrist office. For reference I haven't worn contacts in 20 years and the products have had minor changes. Purchasing the lenses here will save me over $100 a year. She also gave me suggestions of how to best deal with the stock supply situation. How far in advance to order etc. Things I haven't considered. I had intended on waiting a few weeks before ordering but I had such a great experience at this location it made want to do all my eye glass shopping here. Even before I purchased I made a comment that I was provided an extra lens to test and my optometrist only provided a case for 2. She immediately retrieved a case. She wears contacts and she gave me recommendations with pros of the one she recommended. She didn't just recommend one, she took me to the display to discuss so I saw prices while we talked and I didn't have to hunt the products down. I completely agreed with what she based the recommendation on - again something I might have overlooked. I never felt rushed, pressured to buy, or stupid to ask a question. I can genuinely say I had fun. They have a good selection of glasses and even carry the brand I want but they do not have the ability to order what I want. To trace a frame I purchase costs extra so I'm a bit limited to contacts but the service was outstanding. I have a Sam's in my town and I stopped at this one since this was along my route when I was running errands. I didn't plan on the purchase yet but I did and I'll be returning because of the service experience. It was Friday and there was never anyone waiting to be served. You won't feel invisible here. All the staff acknowledged I was there and had a friendly smile. I didn't ask about other products but Tammy took me to the display for lens solution and checked me out so I didn't have to use the regular checkouts.

We have been shopping at this Sams club for years. My complaint is not directed at the store or their employees. My complaint is their " convenient app" . I cannot even tell everyone how many times I have used scan and go, walk to the front of the store and about to walk through, app glitches, deletes all and I am left hand scanning at register after I already did this through the entire store. I also cannot tell you how one week I can order an item for pick up and it's available, yet the next week it's not available. I walk in and there are pallets of what I am trying to purchase. How can it be an in-store exclusive one week yet the next it's not available for pick up, shipping or in store but yet I walk in and there sits pallets available???? I am beyond frustrated. I've had zero success with the app. This morning I spent 2 hours loading my cart for a pick up. The first hour I had everything in my cart and suddenly I hit check out and bam just like that my entire cart is at 0. I re enter everything go to check back out and it redirects me to a page to sign in. The page is blank. I go to enter my account number on the account page and it again says "sign in" with a blank page. I'm about to ditch the whole membership and head back to Costco. How can a multi million dollar company have such a crappy app service. Aren't Sams and Walmart owned by the same. Why can WalMart app be so simply used yet Sams glitches non stop. There is NOTHING CONVENIENT about their app and nobody in there store has any explanation as to what the issue is.

Typical Sam's Club shopping experience. The shelves were adequately stocked. I was in the area and just needed a couple of items. I went around the perimeter, because hey you never know if you're going to find that one thing you need but didn't know you needed it. I love their made in-house orange juice but they didn't have any today.

Every morning that I need gas at 6 AM when this pump is supposed to be open, I come and have to wait four the gas to slowly trickle out of the pump because nobody has turned it on at the opening time. Sucks just can't get good help or good equipment apparently

The Gasoline prices there are always lower than gas stations in immediate area... so it's been well worth the drive for cheaper petro...
