The entire Safe & Sound team was amazing! They added security features our last provider had missed so we sleep much better knowing our home is well monitored. They were fast too I couldn't believe how quickly we had a working system in place.

Safe & Sound Tech really surprised me (in a very good way)!I was trying to find a specific A/V cable for my home system, and I needed it right away. I checked Best Buy (several stores) as well as Amazon. In both cases it would have been several days to get one.Then I tried looking for A/V retailers (and installers) and came across Safe & Sound. I described what I was looking for and they said yup, we have it and we’ll deliver it to you - today!So, within about an hour of calling Safe & Sound I had the cable in hand!Great customer service and great responsiveness!

Jason and his crew were amazing and the install turned out great - Samsung Frame TV with surround sound setup and they also mounted a TV in my guest bedroom. They were professional and paid attention to detail. Jason was also great walking me through the different speaker options before purchasing to make sure I got exactly what I envisioned. I will be recommending and using their services again in the future!

Due to several break-ins in the neighborhood, I needed a security system installed so I called Safe & Sound Technologies.They came out the same week and were very knowledgeable.They treated me more like family than a customer and that was nice.

Jason is top-notch in all aspects! He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and personable. His work is very thorough as he focuses on the little details which results in a superior result every time. This last project was to replace a theater projector in our media room - all I can say is WOW!! And I can't forget Marti who does a phenomenal job taking care of all the office requirements. We can’t say enough about Jason, and Safe and Sound. Jason is very knowledgeable and provided us a lot of different options. He was thorough and professional. His “service after the sale” is exceptional. We are not tech savvy and he was very patient and did a great job explaining and showing us how to use our new equipment. Highly recommend. Jason and his team were thorough and professional. Excellent work setting up a media room and wireless access point. Great communication start to finish, no surprises in prices or execution. Had some really challenging retro wiring too that they did a fantastic job completing. Overall excellent service, and highly recommended.

I contacted Safe & Sound Technologies twice to get a quote for a project, once calling and a second time emailing with no response. That was about 2 months ago and I have since contacted a competitor who reached out to me within a day or two and was able to help me get my project completed. The lack of communication and unwillingness to simply respond to an email or phone call is very unprofessional in my opinion and I wouldn't recommend a company like that to anyone.

The technicians that came to my house we're very punctual and courteous, and they answered any questions I had. Everything was done exactly as I had envisioned and the entire process from beginning to end was quick and easy. Highly recommend Jason and his team at Safe & Sound!

Security system installed in 2000 badly needed updating. Having problems with replacement batteries in smoke alarms ( never knew when we’d be hearing the dreaded beep).
