Horrible place! Do not trust them with your vehicle here! They had my car less than two hours. Cracked my windshield and is refusing to pay! I spoke with the manager Jenny who even sent me a picture of me leaving their yard with the damage! Horrible service and experience! If you value your vehicle like I do be careful with these horrible place!

Russel Elliot came out and got to work right away and def saved us from a headache he got it knocked out in 10 mins and we were on the road!Definitely recommend!!!

So I have to take a minute to brag on this company. Yesterday my car broke down in the turn lane of 121 in Melissa. I had to call the cops to assist me as I was scared for mine and my daughter’s safety. My ins roadside said 90 minutes out. This company showed up and was so kind and so nice and so fast. The driver Justin took my car and my toddler and I home. He went above and beyond and I just can’t thank y’all enough. I will tell everyone to use you and I will now only call this company for help. Taft the driver was perfect. On time. Quickly moved my vehicle and delivered right to my driveway with care. Can't thank you enough for towing me at 12:30AM on a Saturday night. Defenitly recommend Roper for any towing needs.

Taft was excellent very courteous and excellent services. I made sure I got a card from that company. Service with a smile, great attitude and he was done really quick when he changed my tire!!!! It was late and dark and scary out on the side of the road. Thank you Taft!!!!! From me and my little ones!!!

Son got stuck in the mud on a county road, I got him out but got my car stuck in the process. Called AAA... No help, called a few others with zero help. Ropes came out and had me unstuck in 10 minutes. Their driver was super nice... Even at 3:45 AM.

I am so grateful to Taft at Roper’s for his knowledgeable service towing my daughter’s car. He got there in a timely manner. He was so helpful and very kind! I am so grateful for his help! He picked up and delivered my daughter’s car with great care! I will definitely call him again for our towing needs!
