In town for work, job sites that I needed work boots, not work shoes. Saw the reviews online and made my way in. Dana is the best!!! Very nice and helpful lady! I wear size 15, and it's not easy to find a work boot in my size. After the fourth pair.... we found it! Any work boot related needs I will be coming back to the store and this store only!

I love Red Wing boots. But the woman that resides in this particular establishment. Has the nastiest attitude all of the time. She made a mistake on my boot size. Which I caught later. I called and she ordered the correct size (it was under my account). When I returned she said that was my one free exchange. Then copped an attitude telling me to just return them if I didn't like it ($300 boots). It was her error but I didn't argue. I returned to have my boots oiled several weeks later. Same nasty attitude toward me and the two men that came in after me. I won't return with her there and its time for a new winter boot. So I will find a different location and drive.

Very helpful with selection of shoes, insoles and sizing. Got the 7" Wingshooter boots. Most comfortable shoe I've had in a long time.
