Today I made a bad decision to get to the gas station around 9:30 pm since it is close to home but there was a very rude dark-skinned cashier, I paid with cash and she gave me the wrong change and I told her about the mistake and she got upset and threw the change at me. I received it and reluctantly gave me the missing money, what a disappointment since I frequent it very often, I will look for another leg to bring my money to it.

Old lady been working there for a while, looks shrew but while that sounds mean you will know who im talking about. Refused this OBVIOUSLY elderly guy alcohol because he didn’t have his ID. I understand there is a policy and you want any sense of “power” you want but she denied the sell to this man who was balding and covered in wrinkles…like this wasn’t a 30-50yr old this guy had to be in his 60s. I personally have good experience here but that was messed up for sure.

This store's Hot Bar is on point. Even at 3pm on a Saturday the loot looks fresh and available. Roller grill too. Both cashiers are bright and smiling!

Racetrack at 2152 Virginia parkway is amazing. Went in the other night and all workers were cleaning their butts off. The cleanest racetrac I've been into. Everyone is so sweet and nice treats you like a family. Will always come to this store over all the others.

By Far, the worst customer service i've ever had in my life. As you stand outside and look at the one employee inside Who is Doing nothing but looking at you outside Almost as if it's funny that you come up to the door and try to open it. When they advertise 247 operation. So p***** off trying to get a late night. Snack or purchase cigarettes, etc. If you're that short staff which I highly doubt you are hire more people to work. The night shift, it's extremely rude, very unprofessional. 1 I'll be taking my money elsewhere from now on late at night. Extremely disappointed in race tracks operations. Whoever makes the schedule or whoever operations manager is needs to be fired. For a company this large not to be open 24/7 is extremely disappointing.

I'm giving this RaceTrac 5 Stars because of the customer service I received tonight. The Associates were very friendly and knowledgeable about where the products were in the store. I want to give a Shout Out to Sue, a very Nice And Classy Lady who is so Nice. We got talking while she was working and was so kind when I asked her about what I was looking for. And there's Tre... A really nice and fast cashier that got me going. Lol. As far as the other bad reviews I read, I didn't see any of that so maybe the DM came in and took care of business. That's what I do when I write a review. Great Job RaceTrac. :)

Store closes at random hours between 11pm and 4am, due to "system updates". Change your store hours if you're not open 24hrs. Also when they aren't updating the systems, the cashiers are inconvenienced by your presence.
