They have been consistently out of ice lately. Which is tough because I'd like to know there's a reliable place to stop on the way to work where I can get everything.
Also, since I had to go across the road to get ice, I decided to do a side-by-side comparison of the breakfast pizza. The zah on the left is from the place across the road, the slice on the right is from QT. The difference is clear, for the same price there is a better deal across the way.
So I hope QT gets their stuff worked out. Because they have great sausage egg cheese biscuits but I can't stop there if I don't think I'll be able to get ice.

Young ppl attitudes need to be adjusted to work with the public. Customers ask questions and get a smart response back. That's not good.

I come here for only one thing. Vegetable Personal pizza. I don’t know why, but this location is always perfect every single time. Without exception. The bottom is crispy like it should be, and not soggy. The top is beautifully topped with a generous amount of ingredients. It is served hot and delicious. I have not had, anything even close to this good at the other locations. This manager needs to contact the district manager and let them know that he has something or she has something special.

Checking out and the cashier wanted to argue the price that was on an item. Twice this place has done that. Hope people read this and find a different location. Positive this is happening to them and they just don't pay attention to prices listed.

Many visits to many QTs in the N Dallas area. Initially, I was grateful for the cleanliness of the restrooms, however, this quickly changed. I have a weak stomach to public restrooms and I have had to hold my breath and rush through just to keep myself from gagging to death. People's lavatory behaviors are beyond vile to me and I'm sure to the staff at QT, so I am not surprised that the cleanliness of the restrooms is low on the list of "things to do". I make mention to the staff whenever attention is needed and they're always willing to "check the situation". The one on McDonald has had menstrual blood on the floor for over two weeks. I had to ask myself why the "wet floor sign" is even present when clearly the floor is not being mopped. The men's room has had a pile of feces on the toilet seat and boogers on the walls. I applied for QT and was denied employment even though I have the credentials to match the position for which I applied. It was disheartening to me knowing that I am more than qualified and Bumqueesha has employment with QT and treats customers with such distaste and such a condescending tongue. My hope is this is read by someone who cares at QT and something is done so that my review will no longer be applicable. My hopes are not high, however.

The bathrooms are never clean. You can tell it's been more than one day since being cleaned, probably several days.

Excellent service!Very impressed with the excellent service…I and my hubby went for quick coffee Guatemala early in the morning at 6:30 am …I ask one of the staff.. She politely said I am so sorry we do not have that but I will suggest other coffee instead …and I already dispensed one coffee and she also suggested can stop half way and may continue other options…. Wow!! I feels so helpful…For the excellent service recovery she hand to me 2 free coffee coupon..that’s really impressed me..I didn’t get her name …. Anyway You done a good job lady!!!Keep it up!

I just stopped to get gas and used the restroom. The restroom was clean. Good service consistent with QT standards.

Actually pulled in due to car trouble, 100 degrees weather. Turned out to be best place to break down if there is such a thing. Called AZ towing, they're fabulous, used nice cool restroom, and bought a cold refreshing coke, vehicle towed promptly and emergency ride picked up us 2 old ladies. Bad day made better all around.
