I made an appointment online and when I arrived the appointment in checked in and scan my cards, I was called back within 5 minutes. I was treated with respect and I had excellent service.

Today was my first ever time going to quest or getting bloodwork done for that matter. I easily made an appointment online which took about 5-10 minutes for all info including creating an account. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time (12:30) and I saw my name on the screen. At 12:30 they came and called my name and I went back there. They verified my name and asked if I ate. They did my bloodwork and I ended up walking out the doors at 12:33… yes 3 minutes after my appointment it was done. I was extremely suprised by how quick and easy the process was. The doctor was nice and fast. Overall I give it 5 stars for everything and would come back for future bloodwork.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would! Pre-paid, made an appointment, and received a confirmation. I showed up for my confirmed appointment and they were closed due to A/C being out. All appointments should have been notified. I completely wasted an entire day I scheduled around this appointment. Not to mention gas I wasted driving here, then parking at the hospital and walking in this heat! My hemoglobin is extremely low as I am anemic. Walking even a little bit is hard for me. Notify patients if they no longer have an appointment. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

I was nervous after reading the reviews that I’d be treated less than satisfactory but it was the opposite. I made an appt that I had to reschedule a few times but it was super easy to do online. I showed up on time and only waited maybe 5 mins after my start time. The person who brought me back was warm and welcoming. The whole thing took less than 20 mins

I was very shocked at the level of unprofessionalism that I witnessed while I was waiting. There should be some notification of the parking situation as most people aren't at the hospital enough to know that you may have to walk 15 minutes from parking. Someone was 5-6 minutes late b/c of the walk and was put on standby. He asked to talk to someone who said she was a supervisor, there was NO empathy and the person was rude. She told the guy to go elsewhere before even hearing him out. She said she was too busy to keep listening b/c she had patients. I am a corporate trainer and I think the staff at this location could benefit from some soft skills training. I'm not saying the customer is always right, I'm saying that the customer is a human being and should be treated as such. I believe the situation could have been de-escalated but the "supervisor" came out the door with an attitude like she was ready to fight. I get it, the staff probably hears a lot of negative comments about the parking and they can't do anything about it. However, I also know that if you make a patient/customer feel heard then that's will usually help the issue at hand.

Horrible service. Rude employees. Another patient showed up 5 minutes past his appointment and was told he would be on standby meaning he may not be able to get seen until the next day. Mind you this is a clinic that does blood testing meaning these patients have been fasting. I'm assuming they expected him to fast until the next day which is ridiculous. The tv was also blasting. When he spoke to the supervisor she came out ready to argue not even giving him a chance. She didn't listen , she yelled as if it was a script saying it wasn't her problem and he could go downstairs. After the man left she asked everyone if anyone else had a problem. Mind the fact that before her two different staff members came out with the same attitude rolling their eyes. She acted as if the man was out of control while he was just frustrated that he had to talk to 3 staff acting like teenagers. I am a minor and I even know how to respect a human being. This office needs to go through some respect training because this is sad. The man explained that the parking was far due to construction and she said he could've gone valet. Why is one expected to pay for parking to get blood drawn. The worker who drew my blood was very calm compared to the others. I'm sure they deal with many complaints but she could've easily de -escalated the situation but instead she came claws out. If your able use the office downstairs for bloodraws. This is not worth it. Control the staff.

My last 2 visits to quest have honestly been some of the worst experiences I have ever faced. As a member of the healthcare community, the Quest diagnostics at the medical office buildings in McKinney should be ashamed of themselves. When I went for a urine drug screen, I showed up a couple minutes past 11:30 (which is not listed on the website OR door) and the receptionist yelled saying I was too late. She spoke very loudly, I felt as to embarrass me, and told me too bad, to come back another time. I was in scrubs. From the hospital next door, and I felt I should get some kind of professional courtesy. When providing the sample, they don’t allow you to wipe the cup or anything, and there were some droplets of urine on the floor from my sample. I offered to clean it and the lady said, “I expect that from a man, not from a woman…” it was pretty embarrassing as the whole process is pretty intense to begin with.
For my blood draw, I scheduled an appointment at my local quest inside Walmart. I got an email 20 minutes before my appointment that it was cancelled for maintenance. I felt like this was something that should have been communicated much sooner. I rescheduled for the office near the hospital and went straight over. My appointment was at 10:10 and I was not taken back until 10:45. When I got back they asked about my requisition, which I did not have because I had no idea the rest had to be purchased prior to scheduling the test. This is a DEFINITE flaw in your scheduling system. If you’re going to require a requisition number to be at the appointment, it should be required to make the appointment. Rather than letting me purchase the test quickly, they made me go back to the waiting room and said to purchase it and I would be next in line. Fast forward 5-6 patients I reminded the employees that they told me I would be next, but everyone just ignored me. The original lady came to get another patient and I reminded her she told me I would be next. She just said, oh yah… I forgot… you’ll be next. At this point it was 11:30. She finally got me back there and asked for my license and insurance, and I told her that since they made me pay for the test, I shouldn’t need to provide insurance. Because the test was paid for. In full. Because that’s what they made me do. She seemed so confused, to which I just replied I don’t have insurance, so we could move on. Apparently this worker was new, which I usually have sympathy for, but at this point, I was not in the mood for the manager to train her employee on what tubes to get and the process, as I had already spent a TON of time there for one single tube of blood. I tried talking to the phlebotomist to apologize for my shortness, and she cut me off in the middle of my sentence. She asked what I was saying, and as I started to speak again, she cut me off again, so I just said forget it- just draw my blood so I can go. She never applied tape or anything to my blood draw spot, so I got up and did it myself. By the time I left is was around 11:50 (for my 10:10 appointment… for one tube of blood). Fast forward again, I got to the store later in the day and needed my license to make a purchase which I realized was missing. I tried to call their office, and it is RIDICULOUS that you can’t get a single live person on the phone for quest. So I had to drive all the way back to go up there, where there is no receptionist and the employees don’t seem to care about anything. I knocked on the door and was obviously ignored. I was not about to wait another 30-45 minutes for an employee to re-surface, so as I saw a patient walk out, I walked in. I told the first employee I saw that they kept my license, and she immediately told me they didn’t. I had to raise my voice and ask her to look, because this was the ONLY place I had been where I took my license out. She walked away with an attitude and I heard them shuffling thorough drawers. Of course they found it, because it was still there, but she offered no apology or anything. Avoid Quest at all costs.

They lie through their teeth.
They brought me to the back. They could see i wasn't holding the request from my doctor. Then, I claimed i didn't have anything on my account. Then they pretended to look for 10 seconds before giving me an email address to have my doctor send over the request(they didn't even ask who mu doctor was). It took me 5 mins. Only 5. That person went to lunch. I knocked, and the manager said she would see what she could do....... never came back to talk to me.
The whole crew is a bunch of liars.

I had to wait for a while even though I had an appointment scheduled. There's no staff at the front desk to answer any questions or to let us know when we will be called in.
