I recently took my car to my local mechanic because of an service engine light that came on. Turned out that I needed to replace my catalytic converter. My mechanic quoted me a price and recommended Pronto because they could do aftermarket replacements. I called Pronto and was assisted by Kenneth. Kenneth was very thorough and professional in his explanation of the options available to me. He didn't pressure me into choosing the more expensive options but armed me with the information to make an informed decision. After a day of thinking about my options, I called back to let him know I'd be going in to get the manufacturer's catalytic converter. He called me the next morning to let me know the part was in. Shortly after, I dropped off the vehicle and within a few hours, the work had been completed. I highly recommend Pronto to anyone looking to have some work done. Knowledgeable, professional, quick and cost effective.

Excelent friendly service!!! Always nice to go a place where they know what they are doing. Kenneth was not only very knowledgeable he was very professional and gave me the best deal on my catalytic converter. Honest and not out for your money! Very good service I got a muffler delete and it was quick and really inexpensive but good quality. Definitely recommend and I’m going back for a resonator delete as well.

Huxley at Burdick Automotive Solutions referred me to Pronto Muffler for a better sounding output. I was not disappointed. Kenneth and Ennis are consummate professionals and through all of my nervous questions knew how to convert my confusion into a great sounding sports car. They also alerted me to some other work that I need to get done and showed me in person what was wrong. For mufflers and brakes, I highly recommend you come to Pronto. You’ll be glad you did.
