This place use to be friendly but a 25 dollar charge for cancelation and the deductible price is crazy high? This wasn't an issue before and now there's all these fees. I was better off staying home.

Has to be the most incompetent doctor and front office staff. Instead of helping you fix a ln issue they will argue with you because they don't want to work amd just be rude

As a Medicare Wellcare Advantage member, I needed to be seen by a doctor. I rarely get sick so had no idea that the PCP printed on my card wasn't a provider. Wellcare changed my PCP to this medical office. First problem is getting in touch with anyone. They don't have email or text, only FAX which is not a dedicated line for fax only. It's so difficult to get anything done. They wouldn't schedule an appointment with me until I had my new card with their name on it. I ended up going to the hospital due to extreme pain and high blood pressure and heart rate. Finally saw doctor at 2:30 pm on 9-25. She was supposed to call in prescriptions. I went to my pharmacy in Princeton but no scripts had been called in. I called the doctor office and was told that the doctor calls in prescriptions at 5pm. I had to go home and get my leg up.The meds were ready for pickup at 7:30pm. I wasn't able to get back on my feet and drive back into town. This is unacceptable for any patient to be treated this way. I have filed a complaint with Medicare Wellcare Advantage. I have also changed my PCP to a doctor that my daughter and her family have been using for 3 years. We weren't aware that his office was in my network until this last weekend. I just wish I had gone to him in the first place. My health issues would be on the the road to recovery. Steer clear of this clinic. The exam room I was in had blood on the wall and was dusty.I didn't feel confident that my needs or concerns were met.

Although I was concerned about the other reviews I read, I made an appointment with Dr. Haridas and was supposed to get 2 prescriptions. After I left the doctors office, I went to Walmart to pick up my prescriptions and they had not received the order. I called the doctors office and they assured me that they would be sending it before the end of the day. It's now two days later I've called them five times and Walmart still doesn't have the script. The staff is very rude and not helpful. When I got frustrated with them after the fourth phone call, they hung up on me. This was the first and last time I will be using this doctor. A doctor-patient relationship requires a lot of trust, and it only took them one visit to break that trust. Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor's office.

Been going here a year now and I just can't take it anymore... the front desk girl is so rude. I will not make another appointment. I waited OVER AN HOUR past my appointment time to see the Dr.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This medical office is a scam. Injured my arm and saw Dr. Haridas. She sent me for an MRI after I told her my injury. Showed up to discuss MRI findings after paying another $10 copay. The MRI showed a grade 1 and grade 2 muscle strain. She suggested I go to a orthopedic for further examination. I proceeded to tell her that I lift heavy objects above my head at work and that I would need a note to dismiss from work until my scheduled orthopedic appointment. She would NOT give me a note stating to return to work until after I saw orthopedic. She dated my return to work for 6/20/22 on Monday. 9 days after my initial accident. I asked if she could write me a note for 6/22/22 instead because I had a scheduled orthopedic visit for 6/21/22. She was unwilling to do this for me when I was in person at the office.. in her professional opinion she told me I could return to work 6/20/22 and do the best I could with one arm. After driving 20 mins back home I received a call for the office. They said the doctor was willing to write me that note and that I had to pick it up. She also stated I needed to find a new primary doctor. TRUST ME I ALREADY PLANNED ON FINDING A NEW DOCTOR. They would not email/send pic of the new note and told me I needed to pick it up. I'm not playing b******* games with a doctor over the note and driving another 20 mins back to the office. This place is an absolute joke and very UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have been trying to make an appointment for over a month. I leave my name and number and no one returns my call. I love the doctor, but she needs to find better employees that will do their job. I now have to find another family practice doctor. Obviously this office is not interested in me as a patient.

Went in for initial new patient appointment, check. Went in approximately 2 weeks later for annual wellness physical, check. Several weeks later, I called to ask for existing prescription to be sent to my pharmacy, check. Now, 9 days later, 5-6 phone calls to the office...my prescription has still not been sent to my pharmacy. I continue to be told, "she (as in the doctor) will send it this afternoon". I am certain it is no more than the click of a button to submit a prescription to a pharmacy on file. So, now.....call made to Texas Medical Board, Consumer Dispute Form requested, check--grounds for complaint, "failure to meet standard of care". PLEASE use your voice if you have experienced similar negligent care.

I have scheduled a doctor's appointment via telephone with Dr. Hema Garidas. 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment I receive a phone call from the receptionist. She stated that I needed to pay a deductible of $200 before my phone appointment with the doctor. I told her I would need to double-check with my insurance company to make sure that was accurate. She said of course please do so and also get a reference number. After speaking with Blue Cross Blue Shield expert she informed me that a virtual appointment was at no charge to me. Due to all the Covid cases that even the $30 virtual charge would be waived. She gives me a case number and a telephone number for the receptionist to call to get verified. The $30 virtual Health appointment is imprinted on my insurance card. I was still willing to pay the $30 for the phone call. They refused to keep my appointment and would not treat me for my medical needs. I believe this shows a lot about the personal and professional care they have at this facility. So sad, They should be ashamed of themselves. No one should be charged $200 for a doctor's visit Via telephone call. It’s all about the money.Oh, I should have included that they are the ones who wanted to have a virtual doctor's appointment over the phone due to Covid.
