“I arrived at 0930 without an appointment for TSA precheck, appointment was for two days later. Someone else arrived at the same time and had an appoint for 0940 but did not have the correct documents so they left. I was called back at 0942 and out of the door by 0948. I had to package some items that I needed to drop off for USPS, and he even gave me some pointers for a different packaging store that ships for USPS without having to wait in line at the post office. He has a great attitude and didn't make me feel like a bother! Will go back to this location to be served by Rick, even though it's out of my way.”

I really didn’t think it would/could be done but she called me to talk about it and even found another nearby FedEx that could print one of the items I needed that this location didn’t have the supplies for today. The other item I needed they had in record time. I just really appreciate great customer service!”
“I did a same day order for business cards through Office Depot. Submitted it at 8pm the night before and contacted them next day just to make sure they had my order.( it was my first time using the business card service) Kevin let me know they’d have them available later in the day. I received notification a few hours later that my order was ready. I arrived to pick them up and was greeted by Andrew. My cards were exactly as I had designed them through Canva. I am so happy to know I can have a last minute order and they are reliable. Both team members provided excellent customer service. Thank you!!”
