Went in today to get my tire checked left and as I was driving off started hearing a sound on my wheel. They did not screw in my lugs they were all loose my tire was loose . My rim messed up also, this place is horrible . Thankfully I did not get in a car accident but my life was at risk ! Please don’t go here.

Edwin fixed my flat tire within 15 mins. Walmart said i needed new tire because of the nail. I go to Prince Tire shop from now on.

Idk who answers the phones but they need to go. Every time we have called it’s been an attitude and “huh” “what” “idk what you want sooo” and today it was “look buddy we close in an hour and a half sooooo I don’t know what you want” when all we asked about was tire pricing. Not even if the work could be done today. We ask what the price is. It’s a simple response. There’s no need for pissy attitudes.

Dont go to this shop WARNING to everyone avoid these slimey dirtbags unless you want to be told the price then have them start undoing the work unless you pay double. A bunch of Trashy workers that try to scam and strongarm (i’d consider it robbery to use multiple employees and the threat of messing your car up to strongarm DOUBLE the amount from me) every chance they get. Dont get robbed by this place avoid it at all costs!!!

I stop by here in an emergency, as I was driving down 380. The honor was the sweetest and very honest and showed me that I didn't have just one nail in my tire, I had 5 nails!! Relieved they could help me so fast!
