Great diesel mechanic. Very good quality work. They fixed a hydro lock for me, injector issues, ran tests and threw in a new KC turbo package. My truck runs way better now, sounds great and much healthier with the injector clacking gone now. Knowledgeable about their trade even older diesels and they only uses the highest quality parts. Nick was great to talk to, and I appreciate the time he takes to explain things plus the good pointers and the questions he answered for me. Also the whole team as well by keeping me updated thru the repair process. A+

I recently took my truck to the team at Powerflo Diesel, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I dropped off my truck, the level of professionalism and customer care was exceptional. They provided a clear, honest quote and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was their integrity. After getting a full turbo replacement quote from the dealer's service department, these guys were able to identify and fix the real issue at a fraction of the cost. They saved me a significant amount of money and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs.

10 stars. What an absolute blessing Russ and Teri Chalko were to me. Quick accurate diagnostic of an ugly breakdown spewing diesel all over the ground from another place failing to tighten bolts. Prompt, integrity, professional, and thorough. Not only did they NOT pad the bill or take advantage of me, they picked me up, made sure I was safe and well taken care of when I was in dire straights and stranded far from home. They went above and beyond. True Christian couple whom I will never forget. They even thought of me a couple of months later.
Update: its years later and I still think of them!

They came highly recommended from a man I uber there who’s being a customer for years and was told services there can be compared to dealership top notch, although a little bit pricey.
You get what you pay for, is that not how the saying goes ?

If I could give them more than five stars I would! Nick, Russ, and the rest of the guys in the shop are AMAZING! They’ve worked on my husband 6.7L f250 and my 7.3L excursion and we have been beyond satisfied with them! They are super knowledgeable and will explain everything in detail what is wrong with your truck, they’ll tell what needs to be fixed right away and what you can hold off on. Definitely will keep bringing the trucks back! :)

They fixed a bunch of issues a different shop made worse on my truck. Super easy to deal with, time estimates were accurate, communication was easy, invoices are clear and easy to read ect. Everything I had done was done RIGHT. I’ll be back for sure.
