Good selection of items but prices are usually overpriced by about $10. Have to wait a week to find a "deal". No color tag sales, no veteran discounts or senior discounts. They don't care. Better to spend your dollar elsewhere.

The short lady that ALWAYS works up front is extremely rude. I've witnessed her fuss very rudely at an older lady who had hearing issues ("... excuse me! excuse me! excuse me! please move!), the ladies daughter then made sure to alert her to the ladies hearing issues. I've also witnessed her have an item repriced, holding up an entire line, because SHE felt it wasn't priced high enough. I understand she's been working there forever & is comfortable being rude to people, but at what point does customer service matter?

They have a large inventory and things are relatively organised but the prices are steep. Old mugs for nearly 5 dollars? A blouse with a huge tear for 7? They have a good selection of kids clothes but multiple pieces I've bought have been ruined because they staple the tags directly to the clothes and they're really hard to take off.

WOW! I am so amused at the bad reviews; complaining about the tiny staples, prices that are mostly under $4, and the employees not being able to sale something that doesn't have a price tag on it. It's as if they are all made that they have a job to do and aren't getting items for free. THIS STORE IS AWESOME!!! go here all the time. Everything is organized & clean. If there's an item I want not priced I just go back the next day to purchase it. Everyone there's always been friendly to me. The employees always seem busy doing their jobs, I like that. Been going here for years, will keep going!!

I like to thrift here. I come by most Mondays, and even though the men's section is only a few rows like in most thrift stores, I usually find a cool or vintage shirt for a few bucks. Prices have risen over the last couple of years, but so has everything else. I still think they have good values. I like their other locations in Plano too.

The employees hate their jobs and are so rude even to the nicest people. Zero customer service. Store is filthy and clothes are extremely out dated. I love thrift stores, and if I have to go to this one I hate it cuz the employees bum me out with their bad vibes.

Most things are priced very reasonably but jeans are cheaper to buy new at Walmart.

I do not recommend this place!!!! Beware of Sandra!! She is not kind or good with customer service. They discriminate against their customers. Place is way over priced as well. I do not recommend shopping here if you want a good experience. I believe this place discriminates others. They deny service with no proof as they would not sell my friend an item they wanted. Terrible service.
