Terrible location to go to, customer service sucked and the receptionist was so rude, we ran late and I was driving out there on 1% battery charge to get to the appointment using my gps so I did not call the office.. she stated that the appointment was at 11 a.m. and made it sound like we were hours late and not just 15 minutes!!! She did not offer for us to wait and be seen later nor did she offer to reschedule the appointment. My daughter was out of school and I was off work so had to get it done same day. We will take out business else where since they are SOO BUSY and don’t need it anyway. Can’t stand when there is compassion from a front desk that’s how you lose business. Good luck.

The front desk is not very friendly. I have been there on several different occasions and the front desk has never greeted or acknowledged us.

Doctors are excellent but staff are not I went at 4.15 and the lady who take care of glasses saw one customer and then start backing her things ignoring me then another customer showing out of no were but she showed ask me first what I need but I was really invisible to her took the other customer so I decided to leave.

I’ve been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never had to have lenses remade for any reason. I’ve had 2 sets made through My Eye Doctor this year and neither set was usable. Either my astigmatism is difficult to prescribe lenses or their services are off. I don’t recommend them.

There is a picture taken at the exam that is not necessary. I filled out a form specifically indicating that my daughter did not need the picture. But they took it anyway. I only found out when I had to pay for it in their impressive office and was pressured to remain silent.
The receptionists are very arrogant for no reason. They had my telephone number wrong and could not find my trial contacts because the doctor did not review my feedback and reorder it. But they acted as if it were my fault. There were no apologies.

Wow!! This place has gone so far downhill since it was Pinnacle Eye Associates. When I get there Sara the receptionist says that she cannot find my eye insurance, later on Robbie the nurse says that there is a question mark on my chart by the Opto-map because she couldn't find my insurance. Rather than asking me if I wanted to pay for the Opto-map, or even have my eyes dilated I was told that "It's $40 for the Opto-map, and your eyes are too young to dilate." I have gone there since kindergarten and not once have I ever gotten an exam and not have my eyes either photographed on Opto-map or dilated and examed. Finally we get to Dr. Tran, Robbie the nurse entered all my prescription info and had it ready for doctor Tran, who looked at the chart and kept everything the same and decided to not further exam my eyes. We get everything done and go up front to pay to find out Sara STILL hasn't found my vision insurance. And when she did she still had a very nasty attitude. And finally I had come to get new glasses, once she found the insurance she said "that will be $10" I was never offered to look at glasses and when I asked all they had were high end frames. So I decided to stick eith just the "exam" if you can call it that. Very disheartening to say but unfortunately me and my family won't ever be coming back.

Absolutely horrible! it took them over a month to get me my glasses after messing them up twice and they were still messed up the third time. Now im going somewhere else to get my glasses. If i could give them no starts i would. NEVER going back again!

From the time I walked in Sarah was so nice with a warm greeting. Robbie was a great examiner. Dr. Nguyen was nice and great. Brittany was very knowledgeable and great helping me pick out glasses. Overall this place was great. The warm ness, knowledge, the greetings, and product. Moving from Michigan and coming to this place was welcoming. Thank you to the great staff for welcoming me to Texas.

Doctor was kind, professional and so was the representative that brought me to the back. That is the reason for my 2 stars. My only issue was is they give you a machine to dilate your eyes but don’t tell you about the extra expense of doing so until your visit is over and you’re at billing. I might have chose a different option if I knew it would be more expensive to use the machine BEFOREhand. Billing lady was rude and had an attitude cause I said I didn’t want to buy glasses that day. Guess this is chain doctors for you….

Do not waste your time. I had an appointment today at 340 and after checking in, I sat there for almost a hour. They've taken in a cancelled appointment and once I requested how much longer it would be to be seen, the receptionist says "oh, I didn't know you were still here." She then proceeded to tell me that the doctor is fully booked and I will not be seen. They are fully unorganized and do not have the best customer service. If you take time off from work to attend an appointment with them, it's not even worth the effort.

Didn't realize I bought a non adjustable frame until check out. Was told if they din't work to come back and they would "make it right". Went back and they weren't willing to do anything. My mistake.
