This is like the old pharmacy compounding drug store. They watch for when a prescription is out of refills, contact you so you can contact your doctor and then have that script ready for pick up within that day or the next! No more waiting for the big Pharmacy to get, fill, then contact you about your script that could take over 5 days later or more for pick up. The big chain drug stores don’t even tell you that your script has no more refills and it’s a surprise when u call it in?Not at Pharma 1?

I moved all my prescription needs to Pharma 1 when they first opened. They have never disappointed me-in fact, I feel rather pampered by them. Always quick to respond to my medical needs or questions. If they don’t carry something I need, they find it and get it for me. They also have the best prices in town and beyond. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Pharma1 has been my go-to pharmacy since they opened in 2018. I wouldn’t trust my health and compounded prescriptions to anyone else! So glad they have expanded to include so many home-delivery options, such as with my cat’s anti-thyroid medicine, Methimazole (he wouldn’t mind me disclosing that publicly), which the vet had originally sent to a mail-order pharmacy in NJ - such a disappointment! I finally convinced him to use Formulation/Pharma1 and his eyes have been opened to the difference …Don’t change a thing guys, you are phenomenal!

Hi,I have been looking for Powerstep Protech Insoles for 2 months. I received my first 2 pair in 3/2019 from Podiatrist, but started to have a plantar fasciitis flare and needed new ones, but the doctors office hasn't had any in stock, so when I started to search online your company popped up very nervous about ordering not knowing if it was legit, but when I researched I saw you have a store in TX then I felt more comfortable about placing an order.I'm glad I did from the time I made the request it's been a fantastic experience. I received confirmation you got my order, then received invoice to pay, then received confirmation payment was made and product was being shipped last received FedEx confirmation tracking number. I received my package yesterday 9/9/22 neatly boxed product secured in new condition. They are the exact same as my old ones except for the toe area has been improved by being wided which fits the toe area of my (Brooks Revel 5) tight and even. Lastly the price of the product was very reasonable and fair. Thank you so much for your service. Oh, Yes, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and product.

We have been going to Pharma 1 for years because they don't just churn out scripts in an exasperated and mechanical way. They actually consult and advise - they genuinely care about helping solve problems, and they always go above and beyond for their clients - even their dog clients!

I was getting Premarin Cream compounded although I didn"t know it was compounded, I do not feel there was any or very little hormone in it.Other than that I did not have a problem with Adams.

Placed an order for a wheelchair through the website. Unfortunately the wheelchair was backordered and therefore they could not guarantee delivery within 1 week. I had called after placing the order voicing my concern for needing this quickly. Not only did they call me back the next day, but even allowed me to refund the order after attempting to speed up the order but determining that it wasn't a guarantee due to the supplier. I appreciated the high quality customer service so much, something that is hard to come by these days. If I need anything in the future, Pharma 1 will be the first site I go to.
