I purchased two small plant vases from the website (I live in VA) over a week ago and received a no stock notice for them shortly after with a refund.I called earlier this week to ask because it hadn't posted to my account and received three phone calls about it - prompt customer service from the owner, Candi, and she apologized profusely and offered her cell number as she worked out the issues with the credit company and her billing sites to provide updates outside of business hours. She was SO friendly and really took ownership of, what to me, felt like a small issue that I knew she'd resolve. But honestly, she made me feel so at ease with it that I never worried about it being taken care of. She never made excuses, just promised to make it right. She called me earlier today with an update and even offered to Venmo me the money since this was taking such a long time to get the refund to me and she was having some issues tracing it down.I am blown away by her willingness to go above and beyond to solve a small problem. It just shows how much she really cares and takes pride in her business and customer service. I wanted to give her a shout out on here and say thank you. Imagine what she would do for you if it were a big issue.I don't live close enough to shop with her in person, but I will continue to review the website for items, and next time I visit my Texas bestie (she lives in Austin) if we are in the area I will stop in to say hi and look around. Please make sure to support small business owners like this --- customer service is so important and she is top notch.

This was a wonderful furniture shop. It had very unique and quality items that you don't find in the large chain stores. I also got a great deal on some beautiful bar stools.

This place has lovely things but when we walked in we weren't even acknowledged. Not only were we not acknowledged but the ladies who worked here just sat there drinking wine giving us dirty looks. And when I walked up and said hello, how much is this it doesn't have a price tag, before I could even finish she cut me off saying 34 dollars then went back to her conversation with her "friends" or co workers, I'm not sure. But the 20 years I've been in customer service, I would never treat my customers like that and expect them to buy anything!

Love this place! So many cute things. If you're in the area it's worth the stop.

This is one of the cuter stores down on the square and has a lot more along the line of gift ideas and novelty items. If you have ever browsed a Casual Living catalog, it reminds me a lot of that type of thing. They have a lot of little knick-knacky kinds of things and several plaques. Two that stuck in my mind were, "I have flying monkeys and I'm not afraid to use them" and "Never mistake the will of the majority for the will of God". I thought both were cute. They also had some really cute Christmas-y items: red or green decorative wine or liquor bottle wraps (for $5.95!), cookies for santa dishes and (my favorite), little boxes of questions for starting conversations at the family gathering this Christmas.
