Incredibly slow and taking customers out of order because mine would “take a while”. When I really was just picking up a package that needed a signature. Then they cannot find my package when my ups note clearly lists this address as the location they securely left my package. Had to wait for a second employee to enter the building who scanned the barcode and found it after a few minutes, right next to the computer they were standing at. Definitely not secure and certainly not organized in the slightest. Absolutely ridiculous.

Sat for 20 minutes outside this place which is supposed to open at 930. Nope. No one showed up until 10 and I was forced to wait because I had an emergency return. Avoid.

New owners took over several months ago and have improved their offerings. Still wished they were open until 6pm but they provided a key fob to access mailboxes whenever so that more than works for us.Have had a box there for a while, never had any issues, friendly people. Wish they had better hours, closing at 5:30 is way to early. 9:30 openings feels too late in the day for a shopping biz.

I worked here for roughly 6-7 months. honestly the least stressful job i’ve ever had, mr nomaan and ms sadia are both awesome and very smart people.I will say while working here you will witness some rather “interesting customers”, some can be very passive aggressive but most often people come in regularly and wave to ya and smile just to grab their mail. very cute small owned business and definitely glad I had it as a job for the time I did.I have since moved a few thousand miles away but even a big ago miss sadia sent me a message wishing me well, they are great bosses.keep in mind however it is a great job but hours can be tough, and my pay was only a bit better than minimum; however if you are with them long term they will compensate better than most other jobs in the area.also disclaimer, the problem with hours that I had was due to school; I would have to race over and often have to be late. however this is overall great place to work.

This place offers so many services other than mailing packages! They offer notary services and will even scan and email documents for you for a very reasonable price. I used their services last week after my printer/scanner broke and they were so nice and accommodating!

Steer Clear unless you just don't give a **** about our community. Just dropped off a package to be delivered here. My usual postage handler's computers were down and I needed my receipt so I came here. Everything went just fine until a young lady came rambling in boisterously talking with the older lady at the front counter who was helping me....this young lady happily spoke to me right in my face without a mask on. Was it intentional? No idea. I drove home and by the time I got home...I was pissed. That clerk/owner should have suggested this young lady leave her shop or hand her out a mask that Governer Abbot issues for those who need. Here's the kicker....ON THE COUNTER IS A BASKET FULL OF MASKS!! I promise you I'll never step foot back in this establishment. When I called the Owner to go "Karen" on her...she could not have been less concerned. uugghhh!! What is wrong with people today!.
