I was just in here looking for a replacement part on my Miata, I was helped by a grouchy old lady named Daun. 1/10 customer Service. When i requested a tool to help me take off the part i was exchanging on my car she could not find the tools and made a comment to another employee about how all the “little kids” who work at this location loose all the parts. Now maybe this is true, or maybe she’s just too old to remember where things are because the next employee was able to find it right were she was looking. After i exchanged my part, she made a comment to me about how I don’t know how to fix my car and what i was doing is completely wrong. This comment pissed me off the most. Hopefully this location gets better staff who are more fit for the job. Hopefully Daun finds a better job more suited for her.

Had a superb experience with this guys.On a saturday night urgently needed to change my car battery. Went to two famous shops who has shops in different zones in the coutry. One turned down me saying we are about to close and other one said its too cold outside to change. Lol!!!Called these guys. Jonathan picked up phone and said he will do it in 10 minutes and He did. Great employee anybody can have. I highly recommend to talk to him if you go there. Super positive attitunde. He saved my day.Realised employees like him saves the shop and business.You just got a customer for life. No more other zones..And thanks a ton again!!!

O'Reilly Auto parts is a top tier business. The staff are very helpful. When I told them what I needed, they walked me to the location and help me pick out the appropriate part. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. I'll be back

I was 2 hours from home when my check engine light came on. Griffin and the rest of the staff were so kind and informative and helped me determine that I could continue driving to my usual dealership for the repair. I only wish my actual mechanic was this helpful! Best O'Reilly's I've ever visited, hands down!
