“Oh my goodness!!! It’s so hard to find good service, but today 8/10/24 was such a blessed day! I came in as a walk-in with several issues with my truck, and the team greeted and treated me like they truly care. Anthony and the crew educated me on some things and made sure my truck had everything it needed.
I would also like to point out that I brought my iPad with some work to do while in their clean waiting room, but I didn’t even get to finish my work because the service was so quick.

“My experience at B&N Auto Shop was an absolute lifesaver.
I brought my two-year-old car in to the dealership I bought it from for what I thought was a routine maintenance and alignment fix, but it turned out to be anything but routine with the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me for damages, vehicle alignment, and a whole load of other items when I came in for my free vehicle maintenance.
B&N provided a second opinion for me when I faced these issues and were able to, not only inform me that the dealership’s quotes for the alleged damages were severely overpriced, but also determine that the dealership lied about all of the damages in the first place.
What would have been $6,000 in fake repairs for damage that doesn't exist at the dealership became $50 of diagnosis at B&N.
Words can’t describe the service they provided to me, in evaluating the quotes from the dealership, in educating me on the prices, and in accurately diagnosing my car when I was being taken advantage of by the dealership.

They are busy, which should be of no surprise given their pricing. If you can, leave your car with them for the day and avoid any waiting frustration. My latest experience with them resulted in a bill $250 less than the estimate from the dealership. No frills, just good, honest work.”
