I did a same day order for business cards through Office Depot. Submitted it at 8pm the night before and contacted them next day just to make sure they had my order.( it was my first time using the business card service) Kevin let me know they’d have them available later in the day. I received notification a few hours later that my order was ready. I arrived to pick them up and was greeted by Andrew. My cards were exactly as I had designed them through Canva. I am so happy to know I can have a last minute order and they are reliable. Both team members provided excellent customer service. Thank you!!

WORSE SERVICES you work at a business you don't even know how to work your online service that is very creepy to me MR. JONTHAN. VERY disappointed coming in to get assistance and being told he didn't know and wasnt willing to help. Whom ever concern you guys need to do some firing.

Not happy with the customer service. No smile, no welcome.. Another customer that came in after my wife and I rudely asked where he needs to stand because he felt like he was here before us. This is a result of poor communication, and possibly understaffed. I will certainly avoid coming back to this location.

The employees are not suitable nor dressed for the establishment or business. We had what we thought was a young woman approach us and asked if we needed any help...but in reality she was a man.The young lady at the cash register was dressed as if she was going to a club with her whole chest hanging out of her shirt on one of the coldest days of the year and wearing a face mask. She also had her boyfriend hanging and crowding the cash register making it uncomfortable for us as customers.I didn't know if he was holding up the place or was planning on robbing us all while she was on the phone with someone else who was not a customer.This is ridiculous as far as what Office Depot is supposed to be. Definitely does not reflect what it was before. Management should step up and really take pride in the business and have some control and confidence in the brand name to retain professional people to work in their store.I'm sure that in all business offices anywhere they do not allow their employees to report to work looking or acting like these individuals at this store. OFFICE DEPOT REFLECT THE BUSINESS AND APPEARANCE OF THE PEOPLE YOU CATER TO ... BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS.

Be AWARE if you use their FEDEX shipping. I think I was about to be scammed until I had to go all the way back after I realized they had not provided the tracking number. After I went back, then the guy behind the counter "checked" my package into the FEDEX computer.
