I took my car in because the engine light was on, and I needed an oil change and a state inspection. After one day, the manager called me and gave me a $1200 invoice for replacing the gas cap, wiper blade, and some brake work.

I had a blow out and had my car towed to Hyundai McKinney and they were closed . Called Bryce and he hooked me up with another tow company and had my new tire put on in no time .. can’t recommend these guys enough . Ask for Bryce !!!!

I left my tire for a simple patch. They called me five minutes later and said I had two holes in the tire and had to replace it. When I returned and asked them to show me the holes, they could only show me one easily patchable hole. Walmart patched for less than half the price and while I waited.

Bryce and Garett went above and beyond to get me in and out of the door in a timely manner. Had to wait on a part-which is to be expected when you have an older car(most people don’t have this in mind while waiting for a car to get worked on). But regardless of that, it was same day satisfaction when it should’ve taken 2 days. I’m not sure who they called, but they made it happen to get the part to the shop and get me out the door. Bryce was patient with me explaining my situation over the phone, And Garrett gave me further information upon my arrival.

Came into NTB for a flat tire and was able to get my truck in faster than expected. Luckily it was just the valve stem and no damage to the actual tire. No charge for service.

Had an excellent experience at NTB! The service was top-notch, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my car was in great shape before I left. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable and efficient car service!
