Went in to NTB today for the first time to have my tire replaced. Yasser and the entire team were extremely helpful and stayed after closing to make sure the tire was fixed and we didn’t have to leave it overnight. Great overall experience and great customer service!!

I went to National Tire with my Daughter recently. I was so pleased with the manner in which the took care of her. She had an appointment and got there on time. Yes, she had to wait a bit longer once we arrived but, the wait was not horribly long.The staff and manager were very pleasant and professional. There is a vending machine in the lobby for refreshments or you can walk right next store to the convenience store. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank You

Had a noise I thought was in my motor, dropped in without an appointment not long before closing, they were more than happy to give it a look and lo and behold the SUPERSTAR Mechanic told me that my truck needed front brake BADLY! So, I asked how much was this going to set me back and WOW was I surprised, my next question was but when can you do it as I was getting ready to leave on a trip to Montana, He said "we will have it done for you in an hour" 47 mins later my truck was ready! It is so nice to find that "old school customer service" is still alive, THANK YOU NTB!!!!!

What happened to the great service of NTB. Tire needs replacing and the store 6 miles away has the tire. They used to get the tires delivered. NOW I have to go get my car and take it to another location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My business will be going elsewhere in the future!

I went today for a 5pm oil change and left there at 6:33pm.
I started driving on tollway when my AC stopped blowing cold air so I pulled over and noticed my car making a grinding noise. I pulled into a parking spot to discover engine oil has been pouring out of my car since I left. My car threw out an error code to immediately turn off the engine and I had to get a tow truck.
They ruined my engine with what should have been a simple oil change. I will be there at 8:00am tomorrow to deal with it and I am not stopping until this is resolved and they’re held responsible.

I left my car in the morning for a minor repair. Then I called at the end of day to find out no one has looked into it and their technician has left for the day. What a nice service !!

Had a flat tire and desperately needed a change by the end of the day, even though they were really busy with a lot of cars they still made sure I had my tire changed by the time they closed the business day. Bravo guys thanks for your hard work and outstanding customer service. The gentleman at the front desk TY was very friendly and helpful.

I've been going to this location for over 8 years. I've noticed recently that the service has not been as good. Yesterday was the worst. Scheduled drop off at 11am for an oil change and small repair to the undercarriage. Told it would be a couple of hours. At 2 I called back. They said it was going in the bay and would be an hour. An hour and a half later, I go to get it and it hasn't moved. I asked what the delay was...."I don't know". I asked for my keys and they offered a free oil change. We won't be back.
