I get great service with Noetex on ElDorado. Very efficient customer service and a pleasant bunch of guys. I feel they’re totally honest and that means a lot to me! Thank you for keeping my car in good shape ?

My family and I have visited this location since its grand opening. I have always had great service until this last oil change. Their demeanor completely changed. I take the same route to work and have never had any incidents, until this last time that they forgot to replace all of the clips for the engine splash cover. It was just a matter of time for the cover to pop off and when it finally did I was midway on 121 dragging it until we could get to a safe location to pull over and tie it eventually cracking it. I called first thing as soon as I got home but the manager had already left. So we opted to not drive the car missing work until we could get it serviced. I called in the morning to discuss the event and the manager was very nice stating that they would look at it and take care of what was needed even if it meant replacing the broken cover. Well everything changed when we got arrived. They accused me from hitting a high bump because of the amount of scrape on the cover. Even though they know that I was on the highway when it fell off. That I must have driven over a high bump on the road. I have driven the same route for years and this has never happened but let’s say that what you said is true, how would one bump clear all of the clips and not leave a single one? The manager shrugged his shoulders and say it could happen.
I was very disappointed, so not only are they not accepting the fact that they didn’t replace any of the clips, but are blaming me for their mistake and not even apologizing. I mainly drive my vehicle on the highway and dragging the cover apparently to them should be in perfect condition. Speaking to me in a condescending manner. As if we had not discussed anything beforehand. I use to love coming here. Now I have to be out of pocket to replace a damaged cover because according to the owners, they know that a tucked cover should fall within a specific unmentioned time on highways that they feel it should stay vs any other factors.

Took my vehicle for state inspection and got it done without any issue. They made 3 recommendations to get it done and was not a barrier to get my state inspection completed. A week later took back for the recommended work, one of it was brake fluid flush. Got all 3 recommendations done in 30 mins and out of there. Today, headed out with my entire family with 2 toddlers a nerve recking moment. Brakes DID NOT FUNCTION. I was hardly out of my community and almost hit the vehicle in front of me. I can just imagine the worse which obviously did not happen.
Wondering how they test the outcome of their service, especially critical functions like this before they hand back to a customer. Lost trust with their service. Going to call and have them address it tomorrow. Not sure if this would give me confidence to get any work done by this service place. Will provide an update based on what their manager has to say.
Dont want to get dramatic but “what ifs” is running in my head all day. Grateful our family is not injured due to this issue.

Took my bike in for an inspection first thing in the morning. Guy came out before I could even get off the bike and said to bring it round
So far….great
He looks around checks lights and horn etc…
Then says switch it off..
Failed - sorry too loud as there is no baffles and the license plate light is missing…
So had to point out the license plate light as he didn’t know where it was.
Regarding exhaust, I didn’t know this wasn’t part of a normal inspection so went home and ordered 2 new baffles….
After a few friends said it should have passed I went elsewhere and yep…passed with no issues. That was last week
Today…..new baffles arrived so decided to install anyway…..
Oh look there are baffles….
If your inspector does not know bikes and the basic of what a baffle is, then he shouldn’t be doing safety checks on vehicles..
Usually had good service with my cars but won’t be returning….

I will never go anywhere else but here! They are 100% honest & transparent with their knowledge and provide such quality service. I was wowed when they fixed a problem with my car that even my dealership couldn’t figure out. I recommend Nortex to everyone I can! I appreciate these guys so much!!!!

It's nice to find an auto mechanic that is honest and doesn't try to sell you on extra stuff that is unnecessary. Can't say enough good things about this place, will definitely come back for all service work on our trucks.

!! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES, DON’T COME HERE JUST GO ELSEWHERE !!
NORTEX checked my car for an inspection last year & said I needed to change my break pads ASAP.. second opinion confirmed there was only 2000 miles of wear & I was fine. I let it slide & came back to the location for an oil change/inspection because of the convenient location.
They charged me !!! $90 !!! For an oil change, and told me my inspection would fail unless I let them fix a leak and change out my wiper blades (blades were replaced 90 days ago & there was no leak as confirmed by the dealer later that day), what a scam. When confronting them about it they said “well you still paid” and said “you don’t have to come here” so guess what, I won’t. You shouldn’t either! Please just go a mile down the road in any direction, it will save you time and money!

stay away from this place, it's a scam!!! I was far away from the place I usually go to for an inspection so I stopped by here for a quick inspection, you would think, it took 2 people 25 minutes to do it, you could tell they were fishing for something. at that point I knew they were up to no good. Gerald Putnam, Mr brake expert came back and told me that I failed inspection because of "car stopping distance" I am not kidding, whatever the hell he measured that, he said you need a brake booster and a master cylinder and that would cost me $1500. He literally said it in a straight face and had the audacity to tell me that I won't be charged for this failed inspection. Obviously there's nothing wrong with the brakes at all but I just felt bad for the customers that put their trust in these clowns and would probably let them take advantage of them thinking they are doing the right thing. shame on you, no wonder mechanics will continue to have a bad reputation.20 years and I have never let a mechanic touch my vehicles. Stay away guys
