The place is nice, people are good but quality of work was below par for a dealership. (1) They take huge amount of time for diagnosis (24 hours) (2) I went there to get fix on a noise which required CBT axle replacement. In fact I shared the diagnosis I have done with other auto chain but they instead replaced struts. This whole thing took 2 days and yet the real issue was not fixed. I had to give my car again for fixing the issue and this time they fixed it. But I was without car for 3 days for something which would have been so obvious had they diagnosed based on the inputs I had given to them. (3) When I gave car second time for the fix, the service rep did not even bother to update me on the status of the car 4-5 hours after giving the car and making couple of calls. I did not know if the parts are available and if I am going to get the car on same day or next day. Finally I had to talk to manager to get status of the car (4) They do something called multi point inspection. It seems to be fake. They informed everything was fine (except where they want to get additional service money like liquid flush) whereas I knew my engine and cabin air filters were dirty and one of the tail lights was not working. They mentioned everything was alright whereas I had all these reported as issues by Driver's edge with photos just couple of days ago. So I thought these guys did not do a real inspection.
Their pickup/drop of service was good. Car rental was smooth as well.
Overall, do not trust that everything is going to be alright just because they are the car dealers.

I drove 3 hours to purchase my vehicle. I was told it was flawless including small things, it was not. We negotiated to an appropriate price and I proceeded with the purchase. They charge you a couple of thousand dollars for a complete vehicle service that “makes sure everything is in pristine working condition, mechanically.” Before I even got the car home, the tire pressure sensor light came on and a second would not register. I also noticed a strange clicking noise in my brake and now my car is already in the shop having to use the extra warranty I purchased to replace the whole brake casing that was going out. These repairs would have been over $1200 if I had not had extra warranty. I have not owned my car for two weeks and already have to accommodate time for repairs. In addition to these complications, I was absolutely promised they would only run my credit with one bank, and they proceeded to run it with 5 which had negatively affected my credit. It seems like almost everything from start to finish, was dishonest and inaccurate.I would not recommend Nissan McKinney to anyone. Adding a follow up to this post. I was given a number for the general manager that is just the main number that nobody will answer.

I bought new vehicle last week from Nissan of McKinney. I worked with Megan Cherry. Price negotiation was fast and crystal clear. She and her manager went out of their way to ensure that I get vehicle what I wanted at great price. Highly recommend this dealership. Best car buying experience!

JOSEPH GARCIA a person was taking of my service. He doesn’t know what he was doing. Keep telling me the same thing , over charged and bad service. will never come to this Nissan McKinney again.

The service advisor was so inexperienced he did not know how to send me text messages about service updates on my vehicle. He had me waiting long time total about 3 hours. Plus the advisor tried to do a paint job to a part that was being assembled in my vehicle which was totally unnecessary and inappropriate. Just trying to make my bill higher. I paid $341 to install this little part but their service was horrible. If you don’t have a knowledge about your vehicle, this place would rip you off and make your bill higher. Don’t go to this Nissan. Stay away from them.

Its been a week now, still at awe from start to finish with my purchase.
The SALES group were very kind, informative, knowledgeable and truely showed me comfort and joy!. George, my Salesman, answered my questions. You are amazing, your patience, commendable.
Would I do it again, yessss! Would I recommend Nissan of Mckinney to others...yes of course.

Wife stopped by without me to check out a new Murano. She liked the vehicle.
Purchase quote was $5k over "Everyday Price" on website.
Then, they add almost 2k for some dealer options on top. (Don't list that on website, guess floormats, wheel locks, and maybe something else). So $34k online, then add another 7k before ttl...(before even talking to finance dept....)
I know a lot of dealers do this type of thing, but we won't buy a car from Nissan of Mckinney. Buyer beware

Since the change in management of Nissan McKinney I’ve seen a decline in customer service. Today was again a similar experience. The only difference was that I went in knowing I would be disappointed and they unfortunately delivered on that expectation.

My husband and I came in looking for a new vehicle just before lunch. We really just wanted to look at the Murano since I had already owned one and loved it. Julio encouraged us to take a look at the Rouge. We were hungry and told Julio we wanted to go to lunch and visit about things. He was not pushy at all and just gave us his number if we had any questions. We came back after lunch and he was there ready to assist us. He never seemed pushy and was very patient during me wavering between color etc. it was a long day but worth it in getting exactly what I wanted. Appreciate the customer service we received from Julio and the entire team at McKinney Nissan.
