Went to this location and as I was explaining what i needed 4 employees ignored me, laughed at me and told me the business was closed. Signs on the door and internet say this location doesn't close until 7pm, it's 3pm. Oh and don't bother calling the 800 number posted on any 1 star review here, they have no interest in customer service and hung up on me while trying to explain the situation.

Bought a battery. Customer service was great but they did not put in new battery, just put it on my car seat.

I was the manager of this store. I trust Napa parts. I still use Napa parts. I called Dalton on a Saturday about 1:00 pm. Asked for a slave cylinder and a master slave cylinder. He told me was not available special order only. I looked them up online. Seen I could get them. Called the Napa in Allen Tx. They said yes they are in the warehouse. I went there to get my own parts. I know the store is not doing what they can for customers. I still get calls everyday from my old customers that tell me this all the time. The management does not care to listen to me. So I will just put it out for the public to read this. I would go to the Allen Tx store. They will get what you need.
